"No doubt LOAM off into the £3m buy back another blinder by them leaving retail investors picking up the tab!"
They have their strategy which I believe is good. They voted for a buy back of shares. I have followed there lead as I also believe the sp will drop in after the buy back is completed, before rising substantially on news.
What tab are you picking up? You are as free to trade as they are. You have even given your view of what will happen using Loam as supporting evidence. So why aren't you doing the same as them instead of continuing with your incessant winging.
I am surprised that some posters on this board are still invested. They say they have been cheated on, lied to and misled. They don't trust the board or CEO. They do not expect the expected breakeven point to be achieved or the eventual profitability of the company.
I cannot fathom why anybody who thinks like that would stay invested.
I am assuming the recent buyers have bought with the view of selling post tender. I think it will be some time before the shareprice drifts down to buy back in due to lack of sellers. Surely people wanting to sell would have accepted the tender at a higher rate than accepting less a few weeks later.
Wales has had a moratorium on new indicators for a few years. It was bought in a day or two before SAE were due to get planning permission for a specially developed water plastic pellet incineration plant. I believe local authority were in favour. Nearly killed the company off.

I did not buy in December as we are moving house. I am considerably down on my investment but feel the company has now turned a corner. I am confident I will come out of this in profit in a few years and be able to build a hoped for extension with the proceeds.
Dusty.
I think someone is annoyed that the sp hasn't fallen as they predicted. PE is doing his job and recently doing it well returning shareholder value. Sp up by 200% in the last month. Note sure what your gripe is about unless you have been stupid enough to have a short on PHE.

"
What has gone wrong in the past or can go wrong in the future - they should be flying off the shelves and the status and brand of Nanoco should be as well known as well known names of washing powder (none mentioned)."
I believe we are ahead of the game. It is only now that electronic companies are adapting to the benefits of nano technology. It will take time until the end producers require the products. Time will reveal all.

This is for a European patent. I assume the UK patent has been granted as it was submitted 5 years ago.
For a patent to be granted it must be something knew and different. Many others are working on similar projects. They will only be able to patent the things that are unique to their systems.

This on this board have been trying to tell you for a long time that it fits with VP launch but only circumstantial evidence. No factual evidence so far. I think you now realise that. And yes, all probability no factual evidence due to NDAs.
