To repeal the Inflation Reduction Act they would have to pass new legislation. So even if Trump won, he would need majorities in the house and possibly 60 votes in the Senate. Even many Republicans would be unlikely to support this, because the IRA is bringing a lot of new good paying jobs to red states.

I'm thinking more like £5 - £10, but by the time they get there I would expect a nice 5% annual dividend. Maybe a possible added bonus of Australian citizenship through investment.
