Firstly yes it is entirely the CEOs accountability to ensure his listed company is not placed in a non trading cash shell due to its assets being rendered pretty much as junk due to a country’s decision ! All eggs in one basket springs to mind and also not having the funds to proceed anywhere with any extraction of hydro carbons and the Risks associated is clear ! ( last accounts £13 k cash on hand ) what type of joke is this ! That won’t even buy you a safety case process !

Are you alluding the Irish have acted unreasonably, because it very much seems to me from all I have seen that they have requested and are not satisfied with certain financial matters relating to both Landsdowne and PRD in relation to any award of further licences etc. if it’s a case of he said, she said, then it will become apparent pretty soon won’t it.

Landsdowne have been trying to litigate against Ireland since mid 2023 , Dr Steven Boldy who funnily enough is here as a NED , has taken Landsdowne to a non trading cash shell with only circa £13,000 ( £13k) cash available at last financial report June 25.

Since mid 2023: they have NOT progressed with any actual litigation against Ireland , so your statement is totally incorrect. They have indeed not even entered agreement with any legal entity to take their claim forward as yet after 2.5 years.

Ireland rejected their claims in entirety.

It also seems there is little appetite as seen to date fir any legal arbitration entity to take this claim on a no win no fee basis.!
