Its a big if, nothing is guaranteed but if things go according to plan this will be a completely different company so forget 2-3p £50m mc will be 10p even if there is 100% dilution but the co will be profitable with new business lines that this cornerstone investor will bring in in addition to our current divisions . Plus some of the investment might br usee ti reduce debt or pay it off nobody knows the profits of this complimrntary business but i sense its sugnificabt
Rio read the rns, the cornerstone investor will. Bring in complimentary business lines or are you ignoring this part? I know its a big if but why would they want to put in a new director? They have no cash for this which is why they are paying current directors some of their salaries in shares so this new director has to be the cornerstone investor imo
Dc told me a few days ago he was talking to 2 cornerstone investors so i think this new director will be one of them, they will also bring in complimentary business lines, i asked does it have anything to do with kpop, he said no. Cornerstone investors usually invest 25-50% , and he did say weeks ago rescue deal at 3p but cornerstone discussions are higher. So who knows 4-5p i don’t mind dilution if the company will be profitable and the cornerstone deal is 4-5p plus this investor will invest millions and will be on the bod. All hypothetical but hopefully we could well make a lot of money, fingers crossed
Hughe you are wrong, why would dc convert his debt into shares, if he didnt think it would be signed off and it delists he would be first in line to get that £350k back from the sale off assets after it winds up but if he converts into shares then surely he gets nothing
As only creditors are first in line so why would he do that?
In addition, the Company has been having discussions with a potential investor concerning a substantial investment in the Company alongside bringing new complementary business lines to the Company. It is emphasised that nothing is contractually agreed at the moment and such an investment may not proceed.
Further details will be provided including compliance under AIM Rule 13 in relation to the various Related Party Transactions when these are concluded which is expected to be in conjunction with the publication of the financial statements due.
Also, creditors would defo not accept 3p shares if they didnt see a return, they would let it fold and by doing so they would be first in line to gey their cash bAck from any sale of assets, i believe there is a plan in place and it’ll br double digits in 2024
Asi point is i got it right . 3p
Having spoken to him again today, this investor is very big , watch this space, he told me weeks ago, mc will be the highest its ever been, but not over night, i reckon the investor will be buying in at 5/6p nothing is guaranteed, i get that but people just wanting 1–3p good luck but i’ll br buying more on open
