As do most UK and worldwide companies . Its not in the banks interest to F**k NMS , they just want to make money
I just cant see them putting the below on the bottom of the RNS if it was bust ,be a bit embarrassing
About NMC Health
NMC is one of the leading private healthcare operators in the Gulf Cooperation Council ("GCC") with an international network of multi-specialty inpatient and outpatient clinics and hospitals, specialized maternity and fertility clinics, and long-term care homes hospitals across nineteen countries. NMC also ranks as one of the top two in-vitro fertilisation operators globally. The NMC Health group is recognised as a leading provider of long-term medical care in the UAE through its subsidiary ProVita. Pursing a selective international expansion programme since 2016, NMC has total capacity of 2,207 licensed beds across its network. Moreover, the recent formation of a joint venture with GOSI/Hassana Investment Company provides a solid platform for continued growth in the GCC region's largest healthcare market. The NMC Health group treated over 7.5 million patients in 2018. The NMC Health group is also a leading UAE supplier of products and consumables coming from healthcare related products. NMC reported revenues of US$2.1 billion for the year ended 31 December 2018.
ha ha
It does not say all is rosy in the garden , its just good because it says NMC aint a worthless pile of poo, so we can possibly see some value maybe
ESL ,correct Major as a short term in and out punt
HA Ha Major
ELS is a worse punt than this 200m loss! All their contracts are on mega cheap rates. Only risen due to Pis taking a punt. Known in the industry as a dead duck

Danny i genuinely believe its arrogance and self entitlement from the board that has led to this . i believe as a ftse 100 company its okay . Bad corporate governance bordering on arrogance.
But we have 350m now on the debit side which they tried to hide , not sure if its a debt or commitment . if that all then £10 is still a good price .
Sham i own 100k in these shares and realise i am f**ked! going to take me a year working to get my money back . Going to work for another couple of years to raise a few 100k so not happy as i have to commit to 2-3years for the big bucks as year is pointless. So off to a new adventure unless this opens at £9 quite looking forward to it ,silver lining and all that.
If i get 50k back with NMC i will be delighted ,i figure i had too much money so its my own fault.
Sham just got back in from the pub
obviously you are short with the what if this happens bla bla what if a meteorite hits the Abu dhabi hospitals and we lose the credit card slips and cant pay
Can you think of one positive or even neutral outcome?
One last thought before i go out , Do we really think a ME country is going to let these guys get away with this ,do we know where the sacked BOD are now ?
Seen the way Indian workers are treated in some places in the ME, one thing for sure they will not be around long to enjoy their ill gotten gains if you know what i mean.
Sham
flybe goes bust get another flight! Debenhams then buy off another shop or Amazon, not life threatening.
NMC goes lives and key medical staff and a developed countries medical infrastructure is F**ked
Okay lets take some assumptions.
we have the fig 350 m lets say at worst we are out by 500m for the last four years .
Well what effect would that have on the SP especially if that 500m is not all debt.
Well on a rights issue i believe any fund would put in 500m for 20-40% of NMC . Think there maybe sound reasoning now for a rights issue if cash is needed
They have got some great assets for now and more importantly the future. Its part of a very rich countries medical infrastructure so its understandable the govt fund wants in.
sham
we know all this thats why the share is suspended... it does not drop from 30 plus to 7 without good grounds
Whats new is a govt fund is interested in a steak as well as other funds , the UAE cant have its health system bankrupt and lose 20000 medical jobs and hospitals shut. I can see value in this business ...healthcare. Maybe no £30 but 5-10 sounds reasonable
Its just the terms, lets hope they are favourable to exiting shareholders ,remember its how the UAE would like to be perceived from a business point of view
yeah im clutching at straws but dont forget all businesses have pinch points in cashflow. trying to think through how MW report would affect it besides red flagging banks
hopefully not wiped out, we may still own 50-70% of a less profitable company if a deal can be done .
Sorry Auto
But sound like their was a cabal of two or three of them running things , doing what the F*ck they wanted.
Politics involved Gary they will do everything to avoid a stink and keep pride intact , one thing they do have is immense pride and would like it resolved and brushed under the carpet no fuss . They dont take criticism well , so maybe shareholders will get something back just to shut them up.
Spent a career in business including running my own and working for blue chips and international investors . When a powerful CEO like Shetty has been in power so long he will not even consider asking the board for the Okay ,they end up treating the comapny like their own personal fiefdom especially as the founder . He would genuinely be bemused and hurt by any criticism
Hope he just abused his position and ignored good corporate governance and played the biggest dick in town as all CEOs do.
i think the Abu Dhabi govt will buy it just a case for how much and what terms .
Cant see em calling in those lawyers and FBI guy if not basically okay
But bound to be lax on corporate governance FGS it's the ME and expected lol
What's the debt selling at anyone? Up or down ?
You know when you comment I put strong buy as they dont have STRONG HELP LOL
