In return the Company receives 30% of gross sales revenues for which it can use its acquired tax losses to substantially reduce Petroleum Profit Tax from 50% to an effective rate of 12.5%.

Oldslow65 , definitely what I was trying to imply, but you have done it better . Maybe you or someone can tell us how fast sc-3 will decline, as the initial flow will hopefully be very lucrative, if only for a week or two & then flatline between 500/800 bpd …. Imho we are definitely undervalued & I’m sure PG will not be pleased ….. think I may post him some chocolate hobnobs for stimulation 😂😂
