I am a shareholder in ASLI and have just been advised by ii of my opportunity to cast my vote at the forthcoming EGM on the resolutions advised on the company circular dated 28/01/26. On the circular the board recommendation is to vote against both resolutions. On going into vote this morning I see that the board recommendations are now for shareholders to vote 'FOR' the resolutions. What's going on?

If DL Invest think that assets are being sold cheap then they need to do the honest thing and either increase their market share or stop whinging and let this nightmare draw to a conclusion.

This wretched heap of ill fated junk needs to be put out of its misery ASAP. All in the history of this trust and its predecessors has been of dire and total failure for the shareholders.
