Nice gains so far. Will it continue

In charting terms we are in no mans land. There was a big gap created up to 120p on the initial drop which, according to chartists, will get filled sometime. We have a bid being tabled and other expressions of interest. News flow has been good and will hopefully put Proactis on the radar of Institutions as they get to grips to understand the actual potential of the company. It won't be a smooth ride but as we saw yesterday the dips are being bought aggressively so not a trading stock.

Going to be interesting in the morning. Could see a lot of buyers as this has now broken higher. Not expecting an RNS yet as there are still buyers out there who want to get filled prior to any news.

Lot's of IIs buying but cannot be fed with stock so they are going to have to push this much higher. This layer of the cake seems to be exhausted.

Then you get the company for nothing. When people wake up that these markets sometimes do not value a company correctly and then seek out these companies quite often a very good return can be made.

Last figures gave the following information;

Cash balance at 31/12/18 was GBP3,764,770, Net Assets GBP3,872,876.

Let's say it was taken out. Current market cap is less than £1M. If a potential bidder came in with a low ball offer of £2M then thats double the current share price and a bit more.

Would like to see a bit of buying here then may jump in too.
