RNS Number : 5294W Journey Group PLC 30 July 2009 Journey Group Plc Joint venture discussions Air Fayre Ltd, the Group's wholly owned subsidiary which provides in-flight catering to the airline industry, and Alpha Flight UK Ltd, part of Autogrill S.p.A., one of the world's largest providers of food & beverage and retail services for travellers, have announced today that they have entered into a Letter of Intent providing for exclusive discussions for the purpose of creating a joint venture of their flight catering operations at London Heathrow. Management of both companies estimate that the turnover of the potential combined business is approximately GBP70 million per annum.

It will not take too much buying pressure to move this one back to it's highs.

If the figures are correct with £91M turnover and a present market capitalisation of under £2M this should reach 10p+ News in the last results indicated a good turnaround and the client list is very impressive.

Nice to see interest picking up.

This one has been sitting doing nothing for sometime however on Friday and today there have been some large trades placed. Had a read of the last results this weekend and this looks like a good recovery stock.

Expect this to be taken out shortly.

Been left behind with all other financials rising. Could be the time to buy a few.

Buying pressure is now building and expect the drop to be reversed later today.

I am suprised that people have not jumped into this on the back of the Growth Company article. In the interim it has been moving higher quietly.

Glad they dipped a little following yesterdays rise which gave an opportunity to add a few more this morning.

Tried to buy a few when it went into auction but there is no stock out there.

1317 GMT [Dow Jones] Morgan Stanley increases European insurance and materials sector weightings to overweight from neutral. Says this follows the improving likelihood of a better-than-expected recovery into '10. Is still neutral equities but thinks the bull case is becoming more likely than the bear. Says to turn outright bullish, would like to see the trough in earnings and US housing become closer or to see a buy signal on its market timing indicators, which currently show that there is a 47% chance of rising markets in the next six months. Is buying overweight rated Legal & General (LGEN.LN) and Xstrata (XTA.LN). (ANT)
