The green's, and all their liberal mass media mates, will indeed pretty much get vaporised now, IMHO! This is going to be about 'survival', based on the downturn of the economy, affecting the increasingly selfish, arrogant, 'me, me, me, me' society that we live in today, who will have absolutely no choice now but to accept the inevitable, because anything less won't allow them to 'keep up with the Joneses!

That's 100% my point Monty! I posted here about the commodity super cycle nearly two years ago now! It happened! I did well! I'm now talking about what's happened in the past month, or so, as you too indicate.

Good point Goit! I was discussing this with a client in the USA last night. Unlike what's generally happened over the past few decades, nothing seems to have 'benefited' from the current global situation.

Only time will tell, but, as I've stated many times, nothing has changed with what WE have, which we all know, pretty well, will continue to increase, as we're still OPEN IN ALL DIRECTIONS!

OK, I agree, it's definitely, IMHO, part manipulation, and, sure, part the POG, BUT, as regards GGP, absolutely nothing has changed in terms of what we have now, in the very least in Havieron, and what we'll almost 100% definitely have going forwards too!

Many of us have been investing in GGP for several years now, many on a medium/long term basis, and, all I can say, is that volatile markets, as we've seen forever, and including over the past few days, doesn't change my viewpoint on GGP as one of the most solid investments, ever, going forwards!

If you believe that there is 'negativity' there, then, all I can say to you is that I've never been more positive, as a medium/long term investor in GGP, and I'm damn sure that there are a whole load of other investors that post on here that feel the same!

Well, I've been around for several decades, so I am! Why do some people, it seems increasingly in life now, just love to post negatives!

The gold & copper & other increasingly valuable minerals are still there! Nothing has changed in the last 24-48 hours!

Many thanks Kevin! Great news and backs up what Shaun Day stated a few weeks back, namely (c/o Dip)...

- The construction continues, NCM updated that we’re still working through this slow ground (in regards to decline), as the softer the ground the longer it takes and the more harder the rock, the bigger a cut you can take rather than shorter cuts and then doing more cycles for a less efficient chainage of progress
- Still in this softer area, always expected it to be soft but softer than expected
- NCM have made some comments that they continue to progress through it but
slower than expected (313m length of decline was reported)
- I’m aware we’re starting to come into firmer ground and the plan is to start taking bigger and more efficient cuts
- We’re turning the corner (physically and metaphorically!) and moving to where we believe the ground is more competent

Possible! I've posted something similarly before, and that's something that's not completely off the radar for us, going forwards. The former is definite, the latter has become more probable, with some verbal indicators over the past year, or so. Who know's?!

That all said, looking at the GGP chart over the past 6 months, or so, we're due another imminent rise in the sp to 15/16p+ soon...The issue though, then, if it does, is if it'll continue north, or drift back down again.

Personally I'm not concerned as I'm in for the medium/long term anyway, and the short term movements are largely ignored, apeart from topping up when we hit the ludicrous lows.

It would be nice to end up in the blue, even after the 5m sell, and show the market that the manipulators have an almightly uphill struggle to even attempt to survive their idiot gamble!
