No mention of div cut so might be an enticement for income players.

Oh dear!!!!

I pass this Hostel on my way to work. The regeneration the Elelephant&Castle area, I would say, is about 2/3 of the way through. The final bit of the jigsaw being the demolition and building of the new shopping centre which will probably take another 2/3 years(sigh...not good for my commute ) but once finished surely another incentive, along with its Location, for customers.

Added capacity at existing site, newly renovated pub next door. Could be a cash cow in the making.

I was going to say that the only black spot would have been the Kwik Fit garage close by, just had a quick check and that also will be demolished and replaced with a shiny new building.

Almost convinced myself to buy some more but i'll hold of as SP(if true to form) tends to drift down on no news. Hopefully one day it'll reverse that trend.

My two pennies worth... I go passed the Elephant & Castle Hostel on my way to work. Gentrification will have it's effect...

Any thoughts on how/if this upcoming documentary will effect the sp? I'd imaging they are gonna scrutinize Ashley's business acumem.

Is it fair value or a reassurance for share holders? Long term holder of this share.With recent downturn looking to top up. If it gets close to 350 might be tempted just for the div.

Still going with my gut. might need to buy GSK. ASZ for that.. I like the fact IDH has a spread that will put off any potential day traders. 550 my buy. Damn that spread...

Looking around for a stock to add into my ISA. If plumpicker's 1400 materialises, then i could be tempted, if it goes lower just might shove it all in.

Broker round up: Tils ups target price from 275p to 350p(just joshin). I should have take my own advice and sold at £3.20 Having first bought in at £6 my break even is £3.14 so i'm happy with the way i have traded this share, but i've made the ultimate error (making money wise)in liking this company. Sold half my holdings at £2.65 to free up some cash. I am hoping that was the wrong descision so i can bang my head against a wall and say to myself "stick with my gut feeling" Anyhoo ACHL shares i bought with the money are doing ok Vitd for Vitc
