Each to there own on investing & voting for resolutions , seems to be a lot of flapping & finger pointing on deck , surely if you’ve come this far & so close to a potential deal it’s worth waiting or if not content with the company direction sell & move on .

Just to reiterate as approx 50% of stock with BOD & ii

Who owns what in June - & remember- when the stock goes down or manipulated for pi’s it’s the same for the other stockholders below , however plenty will be making up & down eg - BR etc

Would be interesting to see if increases during recent weeks .

The longer the time period on stocks the more apparent the ‘manipulation ‘ only have to look at the year graph ,

since the index listing & BR involvement in nov the stock dragged/ manipulated into the 20s trading ranges irrespective of news landing via RNS & since 12 May RNS obvious slide to 22 , shorts opened/ closed , longs opening etc

Prior to nov volatile stock graph however general uptrend from banks involvement .

Unpicking the huge kippers & unraveling the manipulation ain’t easy but great work from caw,lovely,Travis ,JT & others however it’s certainly apparent for sure,

from November on the daily updates myself , JT & others noted the below & got some stick but I believe BR financial tentacles are all over this stock at present

including the disruptive hatchling posters that arrived in nov onwards from the same stable & come & go to suit the BR trade direction ie - long or short & often disappear when the kippers land .

Manipulation- Accumulation- kippers on deck-ii increased holdings & more obvious now making dosh & manipulating in both directions for 7 months .

Money to make money in all directions while awaiting the deal conclusion to unravel, & BR & clients will make there dosh whatever deal lands .

All above are just my musings & certainly no expert & if waiting for the conclusion from Piper as many are none of the daily , monthly movements matter however can be frustrating to view & can give opportunities to top up , trade etc if that’s your bag .

Yes mate had a paper cert late 90s then transferred to Barclays was it through crest or something ,
Had them with other stocks in the dot com boom , Arm Holdings , QXL , & many other crazy priced stocks .

As noted by multiple posters on deck , the current sp is no reflection of the potential incoming in fact totally disconnected from the info & facts ,

However when the shout from the crows nest comes from Piper & whatever that deal is , the stock price will rerate instantaneous & there will be no scramble for stock as all storm flaps will shut.

A few salty sea dogs including myself , believe BR have control or certainly there financial box jellyfish tentacles wrapped around this stock since last nov , & cranking up in recent weeks .

Massive kippers slapping on deck , perhaps shorts opening / closing , longs opening , hedging , accumulation or whatever

& ties in with last 6 months of fresh hatchlings that seem to turn up when the price is been driven down then when the kippers land they disappear .

Whatever the manipulation is happening on this stock with camouflaged shenanigans, dark pools etc they will know what’s potentially coming & will be covered in both directions so content to make dosh on this stock via manipulation until the conclusion is confirmed.

With all the recent RNS & the plethora of info & facts posted on this superb board by many , many decent investors , I am more positive than ever on a Herculean conclusion in Pipers envelope.

Put it this way if I hadn’t been invested here for donkeys with what’s in front of my lamps now , I would be loading up , & have added recently, ‘ Massive special divi ‘ will do for starters .

I think BR can manipulate what they like considering there clout , I’m sure there is a term for ‘bunching ‘ perhaps many small shorts to multiple clients ,

far reaching box jellyfish financial tentacles with plenty of sting .

I believe they have a huge position in IG stock who are also in the EUA 1% club with 46 million in stock . - just saying

& if these are shorts closing perhaps they will flip to longs & get the stock back north prior to the conclusion , manipulation & shenanigans with money making money .

I am suspicious of BR been all over this since last November trading ranges & shenanigans,

If that’s all correct they didn’t make that much for there clients on such a large trade, not surprising all these hatchling bots have been trying to pull the stock price down in recent weeks ,
they want sacking ha ha .

A load shout from the crows nest from Piper would crush these shorts .

Absolutely thin volume , Mia inactive yet whopper kippers daily

& stock price & vwap nailed at 22/23 -

With these sized trades on thin vol on any other stock likely jemmy some movement

I believe we are wrapped in BR tentacles with shenanigans in the shadows & dark pools .
