The stock price does not represent the current deal situation in my opinion & the current trading seems completely disconnected, i believe there are outside forces at work here ,
Yet these are some recent Facts , positives or ramps according to the naysaying bozos
Bod & ii hold 50% of stock
USA ii tossed millions in the pot @26.5 -
Special massive divi potentially incoming
Credible buyer sat at the table with there wallet open as FSP ended
Lucrative Jv signed & bagged
Piper potentially licking the deal envelope in best interest of stockholders
Massive kippers landing on deck in recent sessions
Precious metal prices gaining value in last 12 months
Yet looking at the above & the whole deal journey , you could look at the current stock price with a frown,
Especially looking at the 2 month stock chart clear slide from 12 th May - manipulation on a biblical scale , is an ii sell
The stock has Traded sidewards - nov 20 - May 21 in the range - 25-29 with the odd one day spike - both ways -
Since 12 May - no disclosure required FSP ended - instant south - BR gloves off
Since 12 th May - Down 25%
Last week down 7%
No more 8.3 from BR ,so the reins & gloves are off not to report these trades , yet the volume over last month been thin yet some huge delayed trades on thin volume - BR dark pool trades perhaps .
The stock price has the whiff of BR financial tentacles paralysing it to suit dark pool trades etc etc , shorts opening,closing ,longs ,hedging -
money makes money especially with HFT within dark pools - & BR will have there clients dosh working hard
loaning stock & HFT within dark pools accounts for huge income to BR
35% of all USA trades are through dark pools
The above would also tie in with there nov investment & index listing are more recently huge amount of disruptive hatchlings & 2pm they pop up like toxic blow up dolls.
you’ve just got to ask yourself these posters only turn up on drops hence either short crew or stock chasing for there puppet master.
Very difficult to find a seller if there is one perhaps BR, Queeld or just small pis diving overboard , as big ii can offload stock through the dark pools in full camouflage & untraceable split into tiny amounts & dribbled on the market or no seller & traded lower to gain stock knowing what is potentially coming .
All my musings but content to ride the manufactured storms as confident of a superb conclusion but always one eye on the shenanigans.
Can’t wait for the Herculean conclusion on this stock
1, to get this stock to fair value & deal value for all stockholders topped with a divi
2, Thank the BOD keeping there word for looking after patient stockholders after all the manipulation.
