Vwap - 20.13 - median just sat below light headwind
Volume- 1.9million- very thin trading
Mia/ median trades - 200 k - active

Looks like trawler nets out whilst trading it in thin volume , very thin volume over last few sessions free float drying up at these levels perhaps , & lack of dark pool kippers .
Are the shenanigans drying up ?

Good post & agreed , multi billion deals are surely complex hence Piper ,UBS etc involved all takes time & said it so many times absolutely no one knows what deal , how much & when ,
Not the ii, the markets & not myself or any other poster on this board .

However going by the recent RNS market behaviour etc the conclusion is close in my eyes ,

where as I understand Roger & others frustrations with the length of time & the unknown unfortunately that’s investing & perhaps many who ticked the post are starting to crack & possibly late to the table & underwater at present

so hence the verbal moaning placards outside EUA offices ie on this board saying
‘We want to Know ‘
‘we want to know ! ‘

Also noticed plenty of self appointed board police moaning about posters continually discussing & posting info daily including stock movements , that’s there choice & what this board is exactly for if you don’t want to read it , don’t log in !

Manipulation only happens for a reason often to accumulate stock via trading , hence the Kipper fest on deck .

The longer this stock control continues the more the questions creep in the investors mind , many forget this company is on the cusp of a potential lucrative deal with a credible buyer sat at the table & in the best interest for stockholders .

Some Reasons for holding stock

Special massive divi potentially incoming noted in RNS + vox interview

Piper potentially licking the deal envelope in best interest of stockholders
Massive kippers landing on deck in recent sessions indicating further ii interest - GS, BR, etc
Precious metal prices gaining value in last 12 months & green energy booming
100 million precious palladium dazzlers licensed
Japanese dude joins the BOD
AC re- purchase of stock
As per recent satellite photos the Mining expansion continues

Reasons for current stock price level

The weak & bored gifting the astute
BR & clients , GS & clients , IG & clients trading the stock in both directions through dark pools
Duration of time for a deal doesn’t suit Rainbow chasers .
12th May FSP ends - disclosure ends - gloves off for leathering & stock kipper netting
Far to much Grog on deck all investors sloshed ! Ha ha

The frustrating leathering on this stock through some murky pooled shenanigans will be a distant past memory once Piper send speckled Jim the carrier pigeon to deck with the deal details & could come anytime as absolutely no one knows ,

The manipulation may effect the stock price now however they can’t control what EUA has in the ground or the Deal on the table with special divi !!!! Fact !

Would agree the markets are certainly looking nervous & starring into the COVID financial precipice fuelled by inflation with the whiff of interest rate hikes
