No worries mate , certainly wasn’t checking anyones figures , we have all looked and printed the same numbers off that source ,
However noticed the discrepancy on ortex so back tracked .

Anyhow the important thing it’s a huge positive we have spotted

So if those figures / discrepancies in MS numbers etc that we’ve spotted are incorrect .
Which I believe they are on ii holdings
then the below is correct .

JAN
ii stocks increased approx 1 million to 68.5 million
Funds increased approx 1 million to 59.6 million

& since last August
ii Stock decreased - 2 million in total
Funds 7 million - in total

& majority of that is BR …. Mmmm …

Not easy to unravel all the holdings as many under the threshold & don’t report & not all the different data sources add up .

( these are loose numbers - detail in previous post however you get the positive vibe - ii not background selling in fact increased last month )

Like I said earlier happy to be incorrect & will dangle my meat & vedge over the port side for the seagulls to peck

Appreciate none of this improves one’s portfolio but is important in the scheme of things .

I might the Rum in my eyes however

& looked at those Morningstar figures this morn & getting some Majorca discrepancy’s against other sources & previous figures , well either that or I’ve supped to much Rum .

MS this month
Major ii stock. 68,546,546 isn’t that higher than last month ? was last month 67 million , I rummaged back through my post history .- I get an increase of net 1.5 million ??

Funds - now showing 58,526,000 - last month 56 million - so increase of 2 million ?

That has been showing the same total & drop for months on that ii
& there are others similar , doesn’t seem to add up .
On ortex shows 12,823,000 for last 4 months

Could that drop be what that particular ii has changed since initial investment rather than monthly drop ? & vice versa with buying .- stock & Funds ?

So only 2.7 million difference in 6 months on stock & the main reducer was BR where as others have come to the table

Also not picking up VAN ECK increase this month showing on there website picked up by Travis dude- increased 600k I believe in January.

However carry’s a lot of noise on here & in thin vol & has been up previously .veles etc

20 to 30 trading range for 12 month & been at 21 half a dozen times # Trading cycles while deal unfolds

Only negative is time Toxin as many positive & informative RNS have been released as the deal map unfolds .

Yet shorts increase 2.5 million yesterday morning , & ties in with negativity on deck , usual suspects & new accounts ,

Perhaps with general markets nervous some financial group taken a risk increasing shorts hoping to push south to 20 , however perhaps the market & stock has other ideas …

( note stock on loan dropped 50% the days following )

Days to cover highest it’s been ever 2.9 - getting very risky in my eyes # potential RNS incoming

On current volume that’s 3 days minimum to buy the stock back & close out those 26 million shorts

Perhaps some of the stock on loan is hedging against larger longs , risk balance etc .

However seen fully orchestrated shorting attacks on this stock for yrs -
Veles transaction was toxic however got squeezed on the RNS release in my eyes &
Jubb obviously was an epic failure
August 2921 drop to 14 equally orchestrated- however BOD released RNS to crush the shenanigans
Stock rose 150% 14.5- 36 in following sessions .
