Once that DSO starts rolling out of the Han**** Tenement Bill will be able to do what he wants as a geologist but that has to be and is the main focus for now. Get the cash flow flowing, get the company profitable and then with no more raises we'll be confidently sitting pretty!

Just a quick reminder to say the First Class Metals (FCM) placing IPO on the LSE will be closing later today.

Power Metal Resources (POW.L) will have a 26.1% shareholding in FCM upon listing. If you want to invest in FCM to have a more focused exposure to any potential upside in FCM as it advances its Ontario licences and at the same time benefit from the issue of the Placing Warrants to subscribers then you may want to consider this investment opportunity.

I have summarised the pricing below, which we think makes this look a very attractive offering at this level, considering the licences FCM has pegged and track record of management.

Placing Price 10p, to raise £2m with warrants attached per below -

1 for 2 warrant issued, exercisable at 12.5p each for a period of 1 year.

And also a 1 for 2 warrant issued exercisable at 20p for a period of 3 years.

Shares in issue after £2m funding is 70.93m @ 10p = £7.1m market cap.

Book Closes – Wed 8th June, 4.30pm.
