GGP and the Future

I am a simple LTH in GGP and as a matter of course , am accumulating a substantial holding over many past and current years. Pre – discovery the GGP was in the SP 0.1 p to 1.0p range .This summary is my own thoughts and is essentially because …….

It was originally a small gambling investment in a very significant exploration discovery … one of the largest on the Globe in the last 20/30 years. ( big spike in the SP to 36p )

We are now moving from the Lassonde Orphan Period into the home run ( 6 to 8 months ) for the feasibility study , the decision to mine , the decline reaching the top of the ore body, appropriate regulatory permissions, decline and ventilation shafts completed, listing on the ASX , a very busy pre mining level of preparatory work, then first ore ( early quarter 1 , 2025 ) , and then ( OMG ) first revenues. All of these being subject to RNS and assuming all are positive ( and I have no known reasons to think otherwise ), then we should start to see a more seriouslyactive SP , - maybe a very active SP.

The POG is actively rising and forecast to possibly reach $3000 before the year end.Lots more top end free cash flow.

Comparing the SP activity over the last 5/6/7 years , the graph makes a perfect model Monsieur Lassonde comparison to this point in time, and assuming the above all happens ( the Lassonde development stage ) then we will see significant growth, and the SP up to the original discovery spike - 25p / 30p levels .

A huge amount of discussion on this board concerns takeovers / buy outs of Telfer / acquisitions , JV’s , but since at this stage it is all just healthy guess work and supposition, I will stay clear of it until the BOD release definite info. Whatever , any of this activity happening will undoubtably be beneficial. As will any further discoveries on GGP’s other prospects. I believe SD when he states that he wishes to look after shareholders.

I merely list the above as a humble Zoros admirer , as a reminder to myself that a bright future is not that far off, and to apologise if any of the above is incorrect or needs adjustment. Please adjust as you think best.

I just hope that I am still around for the approaching Xmas. I would like to organise another Stag on the River gathering with Sally.

Hi my good mate Speedy . Always good to see the POG rocket , as it reassures the future.

However dirt in the ground is without much value until it is dug up and melted in the pot , and my hopes are that this will happen in early Qter 1 2025 . Then the GGP SP will explooooode.

Then I will allow you to buy me a good lunch and good bottle of Checkoslovakian lemonade

There has long been a suggestion , decision , statement , proposition , that GGP will be listing on the ASX , but not much of late.

It would be well received by all if the Board of GGP could issue a clear / precise update on where GGP is going.

Zoros published the most excellent Road map on 26/January 2023, and updated it 06th February 2024 . It sits by my computer on my desk for handy reference. Any further thoughts Zoros ???

Reads - Q2 Exploration decline and ventilation shafts complete.

Followed by - Q3 D2M. Followed by Q4 SLOS 1st ore. D2M should rectify the timetable more precisely.

Not been too many company RNS updates recently , but we should not be too far off track. But a company update cannot now be that far off.

Just about to enter Q3 - 2024 , and the home run. I would like some nice Xmas presents GGP.

GGP is a model Lassonde Curve company and will jump on news of an ASX listing ( fairly soon I hope ) , --- on the PFS and decision to mine --- August / Septemberish ) ------ and the real jump on 1st Ore ( around Xmas / early Jan 2025 ). Gold is only worth peanuts whilst still in the ground . 25 / 30p in early Jan.

@@@ Culpepper, You are right to be cautious about RNS news. If good, then the SP will move north a bit, but at the end of the day ( Xmas 2024 ), it will move significantly when the ore comes out of the ground. In the meantime , ore in the ground is relatively worthless. Look at the SP of previous gold exploration companies. 19 out of 20 go bust. The successors follow the GGP / Lassonde pattern. GGP is a perfect Lassonde model.

When GGP wheelbarrows the ore up to the cooking pot ( Q1, 2025 ), then we will be looking at 25p / 30p . Remember this is one of the largest global discoveries in the last 30 years, and it is in the safest haven / jurisdiction possible with most of the support facilities - landing strip , accommodation , etc. in place. It aint long to go.

There ought to be some good RNS' s due in the next month or two and a bit of a rise in the SP would allow me to just about manage the cost of a decent bottle of Costa Rican prosecco for Speedy .

Hi Peter , just getting older , and thinking I am wiser.

But I still have faith.

We are six / seven months from first ore, and recognise that ore in the ground has little value.

Ore bubbling in the cooking pot with the copper pot next door is a different proposition.

I posted the attached on 16th April and it aroused little interest. As I see it , it is all going to happen and soon. And it will all happen in the next 6 months .

I am now proceeding to sell most other investments and build a very strong position in GGP.

1 Million shares …..The lassonde spike at Xmas ….. 20p ?? 30p …. £200,000 ,…..£300,000 ?????

The SP is not going to continue to flatline . An interesting 6 months in prospect. We should be soon getting a run of RNS. Lassonde would be predicting the peak around 25p / 30p .

Will Monsieur Lassonde be right ???? Am I right ???? Just be patient .

I have been a GGP shareholder for as long as as I can remember , and a devoted student of Monsieur Lassonde as well.

From July onwards I will be selling other investments and increasig my holdings in GGP . In the early days the SP spiked to 30 p ish and then dropped right back down to where it now remains ( as Lassonde predicted ). But the beginning of the end , or is it the end of the beginning . is now hoving into view. The SP has flatlined ( as Lassonde predicts during The Orphan stage ). The development stage has started,………and … All things should be in place by end of 2024 when 1st ore occurs

The decline is near to hitting the top of the ore body, and ventilation, shafts are also near completion.

The feasibility study is approaching completion, and we should be having an FS and a Decision To Mine sometime in Q3 . First Ore by Xmas and then Revenues in Q1 2025. So Things is not far off and the next few months should see ( according to Monsieur Lassonde ) a sharp / steady rise in SP back up to 30p plus by Xmas.

A move to the ASX is in prospect , and the Telfer development is looking certain.

And not to mention any of the other GGP prospects starting to blossom.

Plus the POG is being generously helpful.

A possible takeover or buy out, - who knows ???

This is all my hoped for , fact supported , Lassonde supported ,drawing closer , view of the next few months. Am I in the right groove ????. OR am I in the right groove ?????

...that is the question.

I can only say that I am a devotee of Monsieur Lassonde, and there is a whole host of previous Au discoveries with the successful ones following his predicted progress. Some variations based on length of time , situation , depth of ore , etc. but generally following the initial discovery spike , then several years of straightlining of the SP ( the orphan period } , and then the move into the development period ( completion of the FS , decision / permission to mine , preparation of work team, living quarters, all the necessary other arrangements, and then all systems go ). GGP is now fast approaching all of these marks, and the prospect of first ore and revenue now within 7 / 8 months , should soon be officially announced.

Wednesday 30th December 2020 saw the top of the first SP spike at 35.5p.

If GGP follows the expected Lassonde pattern then the development spike should commence soon and should spike to similar levels as the first one.

And not forgetting that POG has risen significantly ( $2358 today ) , and with further expected problems with the US economy , is likely to rise a lot more soon. Our patience should soon be rewarded.

After years of waiting - patiently - , things is happening.

Firstly , POG is rising $ 2040 ish, onwards and upwards.

Secondly , following the Lassonde Curve in a very predictable way , we are now moving into the development up- curve. A model Lassonde baby.

We know that the end of the beginning is First Ore by around Xmas.

Exploration and ventilation shafts nearly complete.

Application to list on the ASX under way shortly.

FS under way and D2M in process. The decline is just a few metres from the top of the ore body.

Apart from a bit of aquifer trouble ( nearly sorted ) there are no major obstacles in the way.Bulk ore and Revenue in Q1 25.

The SP is starting to get up steam.

It looks like a very Happy Xmas to all GGPers.

GWM121 , Gold ore in the ground is worthless. What we are waiting for is Q3 / Q4 PFS, Decision to mine , then first ore by Xmas . Then you will get pennies on your SP . Study the Lassonde curve . It reflects the pattern of every gold discovery made. Not long to wait.

Swingman, just out of interest , I have stuck a load into Glencore, , a very succesful gold miner , ( that also pays divis ) and that has shot up with the ever rising POG.

@@@@@ Swingman ..... We ( and that is quite a lot of us ) are frustrated and impatient.

However , in my case , I have an overwhelming belief in Monsieur Lassonde.

Look at the 5 year charts above . The SP shot up on discovery, predictably sank to where it is now , wil continue in this orphan period until ( wham/ Bang ) we get an RNS on the PFS , D2M and the s/p rises rapidly as GGP gets moving on trucking the ore up the road to Telfer, .......... all due to happen in Q3 / Q4 2024 ,,,,, with revenues then following in Q1 2025.

Ore in the ground has only a small value, but we know it is there , and SD is slogging away at with all the prep work.

I have actually sold a whole load of my GGP holdings and the £'s are currently involved in some very good Divi stocks , but all to be sold as we move into Q3 and back into GGP.

PS - I have some investment in GLEN , and the SP has been moving north\ AU and the ASX about to become the centre of the mining world.

(Alliance News) - Glencore PLC has been asked by a hedge fund to move its primary listing from London to Sydney, the Financial Times reported on Thursday.

Glencore is a Barr, Switzerland-based diversified mining group. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange, as well as on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.

Tribeca Investment Partners, an Australian hedge fund, wrote to Glencore's board this week with a "list of proposals to boost the share price, which it said had lagged behind rivals since the Swiss commodity giant's public offering in 2011", the FT said.

"Glencore's share price has underperformed its peers," Ben Cleary, portfolio manager of Tribeca Global Natural Resources, wrote in the letter seen by the newspaper. "It is through these actions that the company can increase shareholder return and close the valuation gap."

"London is no longer the home of mining," wrote Cleary, adding that Glencore's progress under Chief Executive Gary Nagle to lower carbon emissions at its mines would be better recognised by investors outside of Europe.

"The LSE has a comparatively low appetite for mining investment and is no longer suitable as the company's primary bourse." he concluded.

Glencore shares were marginally higher at 419.35 pence on Thursday morning in London. They were up 0.7% to ZAR99.94 in Johannesburg.
