considering this article came out in july: https://renews.biz/79009/tidal-cfd-wins-show-confidence-in-sector/ it wouldn't make sense to stop providing support now.

I think the government will certainly support their "MEYGEN" flagship tidal project. Otherwise they probably wouldn't have supported it with the CFD4 either. If SAE doesn't have a chance, which project has a chance?

@strangy83 i'm here for the tidal. that's all i ever said.. but now i also likes the BESS systems.. sometimes things changed. but of course you know everything better.

@mister_tidal i also hope the project stopped forever. this was a expensiv move without sucesess.

I personally hope that they only concentrate on MEYGEN and BESS parks.

I think it would be best to just focus on meygen.. 400MW by the time this is fully exploited we are in 2050+. I would also think it would be cool if other tidal technologies were also used... then everyone could optimize their technology at meygen. would be kind of a cool thought.
