Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
If Redcentric delivered great results with accelerated IT growth, surely we should follow suite oh well tomorrow should be an interesting day. A good progress report and profit will see the SP fly. I also am in the 50% down club but then so are the BOD. Let’s hope they can turn this around and I’m sure they will just a case of when. Anyone got any thoughts?
Ouch definitely not worth 7.2 million now just a few months later. Although impressive growth from very talented staff should soon sort all this out. A cash raise would be a nail in the coffin so totally disagree with that BF, they wouldn’t want to water those shares down anymore. Constant impressive growth will do and the SP will follow suit:) hopefully!!!
The only comfort and confidence I still have (which has remained unchanged) is that Mr Halpin and the Cloudcoco leaders sold the company and still lead it with their shares now worth a snippet. So my bets are they will be doing everything they can to get the SP back to 3.4p which is at least around the price it was sold for back in October. At least AD4 is now gone and their last set of accounts out the way so it can only be onwards and upwards from here. Short term reduction expected though until we start getting some firm news coming through..GLA
Wow!! can’t believe what’s happening to the SP here my original holding is getting whacked and I nearly averaged down recently (glad I didn’t but looking more tempting than ever). Anyone care to list how they reckon this will turn around?
What I really like about this company is that the leadership have such LARGE shareholding’s. When looking into the future this surely stands the company in good stead. They won’t want to dilute them and they won’t want them to become worthless, so med-long term with top talent and a proven track record of success in a future proof industry this looks a winner IMHO!!!
Mxc has a 15% shareholding they are not a controlling shareholder see the holdings here:

I can’t see a threat from mxc but I do understand the frustration with no positive news since the takeover. That said in a very short time with good news the sentiment will return positive and these days will be forgotten IMHO. Everyone will be congratulating the leadership in the blink of an eye. Patience needed guys, to be fair they’ve only just taken on the new PLC status, they need a few months from the buyout date before any serious share purchase decisions should be taken...let’s see how this pans out:) GLA
I don’t think any directors will be selling come October at this rate. We need very clear communication about what successes are going on in the company, clear news that will bolster shareholder confidence. Guy feeling won’t be enough, we need clear announcements on profit and contracts. Once that happens then the share price will fly and only then could we see some selling in October, otherwise the whole thing is a complete waste of time and money. I’m happy to hold until things come good:)
True one things for sure they need to start updating the market with any successes!!
- top talent with the contacts, ability and skills to win large contracts
- expanding offices with methodical tenacity for growth
- Only limited shares in free float as mostly owned by directors
- no debt after takeover
- directors shares post sale 65% down losses into the £millions
- top talent running the company now with proven successful track record
- These directors will not want to suffer heavy share losses
- lots of initial work underway with the re-launch
- promise of restoring shareholder value pre-takeover
- £4milliion achieved by cloud coco in 1st 18 months from company start
- company BOD previously with red centric when trading at 85p per share
- Microsoft credible and established partner
- recognised as a government and public sector IT cloud provider
- a future proofed industry in the IT sector
Anyone care to name anymore reasons to invest here?

Totally agree these are bargain prices IMHO...this year will be a great one to watch. The price could easily be sent into orbit, with top talent running the company, a phenomenal first 18 months blasting into profit by the
Millions, and cloud industry leaders - it's looking mighty good from here:) DYOR
Sorry predictive text should have said strong profit announcements:)
Good news and strong profit Annette increments will see this turn very quickly and hopefully we will see 10p and beyond:)
Halpin is around £4million down since October whenever he sold the company, I'm sure he'll want to do something about that - the share price has been decimated since the takeover. I've got High hopes here that this will recover!!! Imho
I agree yes way undervalued and looks like anyone’s who recently sold may have played straight into the mms hands. Oh well give it 6 kJ the and see where we’re at then IMHO
There’s not many shares in free circulation, so all this could be a way for the mm’s to stock up before take off any thoughts anyone?
You think you’ve got it tough. MP has just sold his company and over £3 million down already!! They’re a thriving company with top talent surely an RNS or two is due to show the market what they can deliver!! Just give them a bit of time I for one can’t wait to see where the first 6 months of next year takes us. These guys were leading Red centric at 85p a share. Do you really think MP will let his shares become worthless? It would be the worst sale of the century if so IMHO DYOR
Especially for all their hard work to date:)
Just based on a quick value of Mark Halpins shares since they floated 140 million x .034 pence = £4.76 million NOW 140 million x .012 pence = £1.68 million that’s a £3.08 million drop. My conclusion is this will be going north again over the next 12 months with plenty of good news and financial results IMHO. No one likes a paper loss like that!!
