it was off selftrade live prices but prices now seem to make more sense 10.25 - 11 with sell at bid

Bid 10.2 ask 11 test sell gives price well below bid. What 's that about?

I did once before and that involved Stobart too. It was when there were rumours of Stobart making a bid for Flybe. Everyone was VERY confident that a takeover bid would come and that it would be a no less than 35p if I recall correctly. What I do remember though is that a bid DID come but at 1p not 35 lol. Hope its different here.

like all else BOIL holds, Cluditch is only worth what people are willing to pay and so far that … not a lot!

There being no mention of monies involved this contract would appear to me to be a not for profit one whereby we finance the build and then pay the loan off through the ERDF payment. What it does achieve is to give us a new test facility and demo unit at no cost to us. Seems a good medium/long term deal to me

Thanks DBB. Am I correct in saying that 5% is the last notifiable threshold so they do not need to notify further even if they go to 0%?

So they have reduced their holding by a third and still hold nearly 5%. Issue of the notice indicates that selling for now seems to be over?
