I hope you get your shares for the 0.8p Brad, It does look like the 5th/6th was the low, when Hugh Swire took a few was the perfect time by the looks of it. Things are still progressing well albeit slower than we all hoped for.

Well I took a few more today and with the AGM just a week away, I'll stick my neck out and say this isn't going much lower.

I would add to your post though, the selling appears to be because of the AIM delisting plan which I find a little strange.

Some of the posts indicated that it is a bad move but I don't agree with that personally.

Well I've taken a few more, I can't see this dropping much further personally but we shall see....

I'm also taking the recent Director's deals into account.

Hi Winni, I think some of your previous posts re the AIM Market are bang on the money and I only see positives in leaving it personally.

IMO the AIM Market has been terrible for a number of years, there's very little support for Oil & Gas juniors in the UK and AIM was probably adding little value.

Starmer is at COP29 and from what I can see his agenda is totally Green rightly or wrongly. He has pledged to cut emissions by 81% compared with 1990 levels by 2035.

I am looking at this as an opportunity personally and will be increasing my holding but each to their own I guess.

Just to confirm, If you were looking to sell your Tlou Energy Ltd holding after the delisting then you will only have the option to sell them over the phone.

Our telephone dealing charges are 1% of the trade value with a minimum charge of £20 and a maximum charge of £50.

Not sure if this helps anyone but I've just tried to clarify a few things from HL, see below, but please check/ask them yourself as the second question hasn't fully been answered yet, I'm waiting for a message from HL to confirm. This means I do not need to transfer my ISA from HL but can buy any future shares from my IG Account.

Q, Will I be able to trade shares going forward?

A, Only up to the delisting date, after that you can only sell your holding.

Q, Are the fees for selling these shares more expensive than a normal sale?

A, If it is not classed as a standard sale transaction of £11.95 it will be based on a telephone sale which would be 1% of the trade value, from a minimum of £20 and to a maximum of £50

Q, Can you confirm that these will stay in my ISA Wrapper?

A, Yes these will remain in your ISA wrapper.

The green mandate, lack of O&G support and anti fossil fuel agenda in the UK puts investors off including pension funds.

hi smallfish, don't take this as a pop as it isn't, i agree the rns was a little vague but i'm not going to sit here and **** the company off and claim that it will be a nightmare for aim holders to transfer their shares and sell without understanding what leg work i need to do.

i have asked the company and will approach my custodians for any info into how this affects me, it may be pretty straightforward and from what i can gauge it is. the vote hasn't passed yet (although it will) but the company has stated that if your custodian doesn't accept asx shares then your shares will be transferred to the company register and you can access your shares from there.

don't ask me what that means because i plan on transferring to my ig account which appears straight forward, as is opening an ig account.

if i can't transfer to my ig account then i will find out what is required.

Morning HB2, I've messaged the company about this and the reply wasn't detailed but this is what I received;

"transfer should be straightforward if the custodian that holds your shares can accept ASX shares"

I'm going to clarify with IG when I get some time.

Appears it was Hugh Swire Winni, I'm sure the "Far Superior Being" will confirm Mr Swire is crazy soon enough...

I wonder if the Trump victory could have any significant bearing on a partner....

Fully agree with the last few posts, I'm shocked people are selling at what must be big losses without fully understanding what transferring to another platform results in.

Winni as per your link, the appetite for AIM is dropping like a stone and that's no surprise to me.

I personally, would rather go down with the ship than sell at a big loss, especially when we're so close.

Hi Stephen, I would think you'd be about right about the 0.65.

The sp has drifted down to there unfortunately. Let's hope they aren't after a large amount.
