Hi Steve, I think nxt have just about run aground from what I can gather, If they survive. Not sure there's anyway back even for nxt never mind leed. Websites have always looked great with Leed investment but results are defined by actions not their intentions. With a handful of staff in any of these companies they were always lacking supervision from experienced board with knowledge and that applies to every Investment made in imo.

Wish there was. Last time I checked with nxt they said Leed were so minority they didn't recognise them. Wish that were different. 124 zillion tons coal........., pre fab panels....... the quarry limestone........, now nxt.
He was let go free. There was no theft. I contacted Australia. Limestone direct. Spoke to them.
Nxt? Leed is such a minority shareholder nxt do not recognise them or their holding, its nothing . I've held here a long time. Whether it be coal, building blocks, fabricated buildings or missing money every single venture unsuccessful. The re birth of LEED. That is funny. That was due to previous failure. Like some other long term holders be good to see the directors actually put together a deal that worked and made money not a pocket full of plans and rapped websites that never work. I wrote this off way back. Years and years ago. I'd never put money into aim again and would advise no one to. Thank god I made other investments away from aim and Leed especially. Why do you think they have written it down Steve? It seems to me they dont seem to have the ability to really invest in something that works? More the fool me as I invested in LDP so more the fool me. What is the point of LEED existing to fritter and fart along the bottom of nowhere. It seems every time they come up with the next magical investment it turns to ****. Maybe a bit harsh but they dont exactly seem wizards at chosing investments......then again neither did I. Anyway what do you think what will happen and why the 50% write down? No option to hold but was looking for something magical from them .
Hi Steve, Whe you chatted to Charles Zorab was there an indication that at some stage LDP would relist again? costs a bit to do I believe but given the 4m tax it would be worthwhile for someone. The shares of old which I can still see today would then be what? worth something you reckon? still would count as a Leed Resources share? I guess it must be for something and the company still going for a reason down the line you would think.
Ref nxt, I cant see anything exciting from them, I have written to them and although the response is professional it looks like they are dead slow and stop for progress. It was always a long wait game to see if we get anything back and not impossible I suppose but I thouight nxt might have been further down the road by now although I dont know enough about them and can't see much in the press or online from Oz.
Steve, I take it they do not expire? I still hold my shares and I think if nxt are looking to list then Leed would be a sensible option I guess. What would or could be the possible outcome for those shares/ value if that happened?
Steve, can't find anything either on construction from nxt. Investment in nxt so small nxt hardly know them.

Great info as always Bugsy. the style of wording in the report, interesting. "the" frontera. almost sounds like "the thug" them, the bounder, that lot, them, the peasants. I can't stand part of the world masking itself as "the place to do business", then stealing it back when there is a potential asset there. I should have known it would come own to thieving and stealing with lies. The hidden ties to Russia from head people, it exists. No stopping it and in the words of Mr Bridger, ............."camp Freddie, everybody in the whole world is bent". ATB long term holders. Its not over just yet.......

Kaladze not to be trusted imo. Russian support links and whilst diversifying some from Shah its also a mask to cover his other Russian contacts. I've long thought that. Just how it looks sometimes with him again, imo.

Hi Steve, I've been looking at nxt and the Rivervale hotel due to be built in Perth and all the big talk from 2018 when it was to be built in half the time compared to the usual construction compamies out there. I see delays mentioned and postponed with a deadline of 2021? not that far away. I can't see the hotel yet or any mention of it in the press even before COVID or the bush fires. As time wears on I start to look at nxt and our fractional investment and think where is this going. LEED provide no funding to nxt. I have always found the LEED board evasive and skitter around the edges. I can't say I see much progress here and bought shares when the much talked about "rebirth of Leed Resources " was pumped out there. Maybe you have more info than me and I retain an interest because of the fact I put a small amount in here and look to what might come of it. Looks like my other piece of aim in dealing with FFR and the big talk from Directors there about doing big deals was a heap of dung as well so I'll never invest, waste, money in aim con companies again. Thank facko I had a small amount between the two companies and have lost that, and that's a lesson learned but at least its small time but some poor gits have apparently over £150,000 invested in these small companies and they've lost it all, ala FRR. Steve, unless you have some info I don't, I can safely say i'll never invest again. Hope you are well and safe in these times. Maybe the hotel is built and I missed it but you can correct me as you see. Cheers Steve.
