Brew Totally agree with you. Such a shame the CBRE deal was not concluded earlier so the last placing was not required - the placing effectively destroyed the SP. Too many shares came to the market at a really low price hence too many places can sell and take a small profit . Not sure what will kick start this - some decent PR may help.
Just wondered if the Placing Document was to be published as this would offer some good PR. Can anyone advise please? Yellow Jersey may already be on with this.
I am still here pleased with the commencement of FEED but not with the placing. With the additional shares and consequent dilution makes me wonder when most long term holders will ever break even never mind make a profit! Once again the LTH are penalised but good deal for the new placees with the warrants. Setanta - I think you suggested a similar approach to gaining investment for the FEED through high net worth individuals through a company such as SI Capital although not on a placing basis. Just wondered if you had the opportunity to take part. I understand if you don't want to respond.
Spud Great post clearly BOD working on a deal and can't give detail till sorted Be patient!
Good post Brew! Brew, Spud and myself were at the AGM recently together with other shareholders. It was apparent the amount of time and effort put in by the Bod to bring this project to fruition. It is a shame others did not attend to see for themselves. I still believe there will be a positive scenario here but irrespective of the outcome the Bod cannot be criticised for lack of effort. Compare this to the previous Bod who paid themselves inflated salaries basically to run the company into the ground and sit on their backsides.
No idea just believe after all this time the outcome will be positive
crl123 I am certain we will see an RNS by next Thursday - last working day of the quarter just need to be patient in my opinion. Unable to give an update till deal finalised.
For those who may have not seen the tweet by FAZ a couple of days ago - a few reasons to remain positive: CRBE appointed mid Nov 2017 to manage Northern Ireland Investment Fund on behalf of the Northern Ireland Executive. The scrutiny board for the investment fund was appointed on 5 Dec 2018. In Infas annual report 2017 which was released end of Jan 2018 the company makes reference to it application to the fund. The investment fund is only likely to provide funding if INFA can meet the timescales for the EU 4m FEED grant. So CBRE know the clock is ticking for the FEED and therefore are likely to make a decision very soon imho. Crucially, the NI executive is supporting the application. Source: @hacksupreme
crl123 I am still here along with yourself, Setanta, McC, Brew and Spud with others I guess. I didn't think there were too many sales recently taking into account the lack of news so far and perhaps coming from the last placement. It was confirmed at the AGM that funding in place till November. Must be news soon.
crl spud and other LTH Just to confirm I am still holding here along with others waiting for funding update. Is anyone aware if the PR company Yellow Jersey have issued anything? Thank you for any detail
I will also be there we need to know what is happening. Only 400 miles for me! Look forward to meeting everyone.
I will be at the meeting next Wednesday hope others will be there as well to get some answers?
crl still here holding only just seen rns. Little point selling at these levels wait and see.
Crl Still here with large holding intact. May as well just wait at this stage imo
Setanta1 & mcadder I also share your frustration, hold a large chunk of shares and share your sentiment. However only a couple of weeks ago the Bradshaws bought 20m shares costing 90k amid the drought of good news. There must be a good reason for this?
Mary Could you please advise the significance of one share. You always seem very knowledgable on Park mead and offer an honest balanced view. I have bought several times since 2010 and like most investors am nursing losses. My average was 1.05 and I took the opportunity to average down today although the trade is not showing on LSE. I am surprised at the negativity by some on the Board and do not understand the reversal of the share price to the thirties from the 40's following the JOG news. Would appreciate your current thoughts if possible. Many thanks
