London......So you think a listed company wont raise if needed!!! What a fecking joker.

They are going to need funds fast now to get things rolling! So never rule out a raise if needed they will do it!

There are many reasons why this has not jumped to 2p - 3p on two good RNS's

The first being that people have been stuck in here for months on a very flat SP, hardly any movement.

So if people can now actually make a few quid from what has already been a long term investment if you bought back in August last year, why wouldnt they.

You also have the top slicers, the 10% and 20% club, in for a quick profit and then move on to the next (thats me).

Then we have the analysis who will be looking at how quick HE1 will now need to raise funds as it seems like the ML full grant will now only be weeks away. But with no firm news yet where will the funds come of circa £100million to get this rolling. Also the same people will be looking / waiting for flow results, full potential of what HE1 have, furture revenue streams etc.

As ive been saying all along, im not a troll, just more level headed than a lot on here. I predicted this at 7.30am this morning on my post before the Market opened, whilst all the normal crew were spouting 2p - 3p today.

Dont get me wrong i can see this being higher than 2-3p in the near future but this will be late on this year, so still worth picking up at todays prices for a longer term hold.

Cryox, absolutely agree, been on this Lse Board and trading for over 11 years now. Never had spats with anyone up until posting my views and honest opinions when I was invested here and could see a re trace from the highs of 2.5p, at the start it wasn’t even de ramping , just could see what was happening. Then the likes of McNol, chesh and the rest of that clan decided to be anbusive and guess what it has never stopped. Both chesh and mcnol take very opportunity to try and work out what I’m invested in then fill that board with nonsense as well. It’s just become a vicious circle. From my point just a bunch of bully’s who get everything deleted or become abusive with regards to anything they don’t like, not just to me but to many posters with different t views to them, rather than open discussions from both sides. Pretty pathetic really. You don’t see me posting like this on any other boards!

Yes an excellent RNS, but with no true data.

We have no idea what the jj deal is worth, hence it sounded great, Markets got excited, people waited to find out what the deal was worth to the company, but no one knows, and then people start to worry so they sell.

The deal could be £10K per month with a £100K down as a test, then again it could be £200K per month with £2million up front. This is the problem, and why it will go up and down like this until firm news.

I am really hoping for great news here, as this will fly, i am holding onto my profits from yesterday, as i believe this will go down fuither today, as i said earlier, if it drops to 2p aqgain i will defo be back in, as the Mcap at that level is to low not to see a big bounce. GLA DYOR

Bobat...also no need for it to rise yesterday, all hope was pinned on a leak, with no RNS today this will continue to fall back.

I managed to get in and out yesterday and made a good profit, was watching out for the 7am RNS incase i wanted to buy back in, but without that this will now drift back to the 2p level.

TRLS needs to get some news flowing, then it will be take off. For now i will be watching and if it does go back to 2p that will be worth a punt again.

GLA, this has been a good day trading share to be in over the past month, goes up and down like a tarts knickers.

HE1's current market cap is approximately £60 million, largely driven by speculation surrounding Tanz, not by the value of Galatica. Galatica's worth will be minimal in comparison to the funds HE1 will need to raise for Tanz.

The Mining License (ML) for Tanz could still be 4-6 months away from being issued. Even after it's granted, it will take another 12 months or so to get production up and running. This means we’re likely looking at mid-2026 before any meaningful revenue streams begin.

By that point, HE1 will likely have accumulated significant debt to fund the project, and in my opinion, they will need to raise additional funds from shareholders along the way.

The idea that the market cap could reach £200 million based solely on news of the ML (using the current share price of 3p multiplied by shares in issue) is unrealistic.

That's why the stock has been hovering between 0.80 and 1.05 for the past seven months.

For those hoping for a quick jump to 3p with the next RNS, it’s time to stop posting misleading messages to lure in new investors.

If you're looking for a long-term hold, then yes, it might be worth picking up some shares below 0.9p. But for anyone seeking short-term gains, there are better opportunities elsewhere.

The differnce here with me compared to you is that i post reality, you guys can only chuck mindless insults, so i ask the question, do investors/ traders, really take any of your daily posts seriously! The answer is no, becuase you are too focused on the so called trollls (i would like to refer to us as people with a different view on where a company is heading) and who out of your clan can make the best insults, its like you are all in competetion with each other. HE1 and Alba.

You were ramping Alba at 0.028 now sitting at 0.016

HE1 you are break even at best.

Alan55, Im not attacking, just had abuse off Chesh, McNoll, Pubcrawl, Beast69, Warrie for months, unless you post on the board anything other than Positive 3p + on next RNS its removed. A board is supposed to be a place to discuss both negative and positive. Howevber the admin here seem to like to just remove anything they are told to by the ramping crew.

As i have said, i do believe HE1 will come good, but its not going to 3p and a value of 200million on ths issue of an ML, and yes that is just my opinion .

Stan9, Im not a one trick pony, Im trading many companies! Currently in 9 differnt ones, most of which Im up.

ORCP, you should maybe read their RNS's at the current levels there you could make a fortunes in the coming months!

What a day to be here, cannot believe this has risen already by nearly 3%!
