The sp has been doing sideways movement for some time this is a good sign (we all want it to move up quickly) but it has a solid base at around 12p. This is now ready for a movement up on the next good news just like gold which looks as if it might now break out to 1800 dollars. On thing that is not moving sideways is the drilling 24/7 and all that needs is time to prove up the size of the find.GLA

What happens if the sp is the same for cerp and Bpc are the same at the time of the merger ? Will the deal be re negotiated as the deal so that cerp shareholders get the same premium as the original deal.

If you want to believe in neurology we have definitely found gold and have a processing plant already built hungry for our high grade gold. We are at least 3years ahead in terms of being able to mine . In my opinion the is a very long term investment and we do not know what will happen in the future but newcrest are working 24/7 to move this project on. We have cash and our prospects to find other gold finds are just as good as theirs. But do your own research.

This price wise was a bad deal for cerp shareholders now even worse with bpc shares continuing to fall they need cash to carry out drilling and will use cerp assets to raise the out lay needed. Only one winner is bpc . Why did Leo agree to this deal he convinced me he was a smart cookie but made a mess of cerp and to top it all now has made a last last throw of the dice. He will not loses out a cosy directorship with bpc blinded him from getting a lot better deal for cerp shareholders. That aim for you they promise the earth hang on for years on a nice salary and when the hard times come they look after number one.

Only the pi's that try and do PR for sar the BOD do nothing and if they try it's all very poorly done no wonder they cannot attract other companies to do a deal even though it's " BEST IN CLASS"

The only reason this is shares only is both companies need cash and if you go to the BPC chat board you will see before they can commence drilling they need cash and they are worried about how they are going to get the cash. Both shares down so worth even less.

Agreed nothing will come from this presentation instead of a positive presentation TM misses all chances to promote sareum in a positive light and people are left with a negative view of sareum because of his apathetic performance in P R.

When I criticised the BOD for not getting any meaningful deals I was roundly reminded of the wonderful work the BOD had done in producing FIRST IN CLASS DRUGS and was talking a load of rubbish I asked for proof of an independent person confirming this no proof was provided. 10 years on they are still peddling the same message and continuing to dilute the shares in my eyes they are fallen idols and deserve all the criticism they are getting from Lths.

We will hear nothing more from this Bod they have just got another year's pay with no requirement to do anything at all just hold out their hands. Wish I had job where job where I just had to turn up to get paid. I think they do not live in the real world and now believe they have to do nothing at all to get a deal for the best in class drugs. I think the only real work they are doing is planning how to get out of this mess with as much cash as possible and to get a new job
