“As 🇪🇺industrial demand is not forever going 📉 once inflexion point is passed, consensus will need to revise its models.
I believe inflexion point was reached in May, hence the high price swings...“

“16 June 2023 – Falcon Oil & Gas Ltd. (TSXV: FO, AIM: FOG) is pleased to announce that Philip O’Quigley, Falcon’s CEO, will conduct a Q&A via the Investor Meet Company platform on 22 June 2023 at 4:30pm (London time) following the Annual General and Special Shareholder meeting that will be held in the Conrad Hotel, Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2, Ireland on 22 June 2023 at 11:00am (London time).“
Reason he tried:
“Justice Peter Barr has upheld a NT Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NTCAT) decision in February 2022 which ruled Beetaloo Station's owners were not entitled to compensation before exploration activity had taken place.
The 1.05-million-hectare property, 750 kilometres south-east of Darwin, is owned by billionaire Brett Blundy and the Armstrong family, and is currently on the market, with expectations it could sell for more than $300 million.“
“Northern Territory cattle station owners have lost a Supreme Court appeal to receive compensation for future damages from gas exploration in the Beetaloo Basin.
Key points:
Supreme Court rules pastoralist not owed compensation before gas exploration
Tamboran Resources will conduct seismic testing on Beetaloo Station
Pastoralists are entitled to compensation for wells drilled on their property“

“ GEMIS: Shale resource data from the greater McArthur Basin (nt.gov.au)A good bit of data is public, some wells are confidential. This will give you and idea for porosities, keep in mind sampling bias. The porosities of the best reservoir are apparent here, generally speaking the basin proper and eastern extension hold consistent reservoir properties in the better/best reservoir. Water saturations are difficult in dry gas rock, so take those with a very small drip of very salty water. Perms are more than sufficient for dry gas. Decreased depth and thus pressure along with thickness limit Amungee/Caprentaria/Tarlee gas in place. For reference, greater depths at Maverick and Tanumbirini drive gas in place that is superior to the Marcellus.
You can browse wells here. Older wells are off confidential, the most interesting are Tanumbirini, Beetaloo W1, Amungee and Kalala. Recent wells at SMaverick and Carpentaria don't show anything on a quick look. I know Tamboran hasn't released Maverick data in any detail. There are older wells at Tarlee, but the analysis is confounding due to the laboratory that was selected.

“Sydney-listed Top End Energy on June 13 announced the successful execution of the agreement for exploration permit (EP) 258 in the McArthur basin, Northern Territory. This paves the way for the formal grant of the permit.“

“Prioritised Permits and Prospectivity Potential
EP(A) 257 (7,255 km2): Located in Greater MacArthur Basin – both conventional / unconventional prospectivity. Potential gas in the Limmen sandstone and likely presence of the Velkerri Shale, which is being targeted by Origin, Santos and Empire Energy
EP(A) 258/259 (3,812 km2): South of known discoveries within the Velkerri / Kyalla Shales, and conventional Moroak / Bessie Creek Sandstone reservoirs, on edge of Greater MacArthur Basin“

“Shell sees a long-term role for natural gas in the world’s energy mix 🚢 ♥️
🇨🇳 The company believes gas isnt just a “transition fuel,” and aims to expand business in China & India
☀️ This comes as Shell demands better profits from its renewables business“
“ Shell joins a growing list of companies, like Chevron, which forecasts strong long-term demand for natural gas — rather than a shorter-term role as a transition fuel to cleaner energy sources
