Discussions with an initial group of interested parties have resulted in one ongoing discussion and the Board has recently initiated discussions with a second group of potentially interested parties to acquire the Group or its businesses or assets or to provide additional funding.

The Material Opportunities all remain in the sales pipeline and now total £18 million, higher than the £15 million reported in January 2025.

The interested parties know all of what's going on, switch off and ignore the SP, or add if you have the stomach as i just did.. Buy low sell high.. if this comes off will be many multiples of where it Is now IMO

Bigger things going on in the back ground here, as persimmon pointed out, it’s just a wait until that plan comes out from the company, I do believe we will see sudden buying closer to when that happenes, just keep watching for the volume

I think the lack of exact details on the deals is the issue, could be as there is a bigger plan in mind with regards to the strategic review currently going on looking for a buy out / partner to come into the business

If there was no progression they would have said it. Pentland capital said previously they would look to make further investment in previous RNS’ if I remember.

Pentland capital own 55% of JD Sports. JD sports I believe are the flagship shop in London they have had WalkTHRU installed.. LinkedIn post
