This is because they have sold stock to someone (big orders) without having that stock to actually give them.. then later on when they have leveled those orders back in their book the order gets put thru.

id like to think that he is paid wastegatechatter but i serioulsy doubt it.. he's the worste de ramper on record.. and as he says he's not,, nor invested..then hes a very sad and lonly me....can we get a gofund me page going for him...he can get a life then.
