Just dropped into KEFI chatroom seeing that it is one of the best risers today.
Sold in Jan 2020 when sp was 17p. If I had got them today I would be nearly 117k up. Ah well, weeping into coffee....
Good luck to all LTHs.

A friend of mine who worked in London in anti-cyber fraud security service once told me that her old boss would only pay for things in cash e.g. fuel, groceries, restaurant bills, etc. That's how much confidence the security services have in electronic money. TT
There is a sizable demographic who are more comfortable dealing with a real person. Some of them even prefer visible cash over electronic means. However, traditional bricks and mortar banks are being phased out across the board to reduce operational costs and improve bottom line. TT
Hello everyone. New to this board. Do you think that SHEL can reach an ATH this year? Earnings statement due on Thur 2 Feb for period ending Dec 22. Last year's statement for the same period resulted in a choppy period within a range followed by a period of growth up to a peak of 2400p. Do you feel that this could happen again or has the market already priced a lot of the positives in? Record profits would probably excite those looking to restart the debate about windfall tax. This and OP settling down from record levels might subdue SHEL. What do we think? TT
Only been in since 2019 but unfortunately I followed my rule of buy high-sell low. Bought in at 11p. So this is a long term hold for me with only a modest amount invested. TT
Now that would be something...
Nice write up in this week's chronicle and picture of sausage roll. TT
Lovin' the one liners folks...TT
I feel same @thecumbrian. I bought in at around 2900p with strong belief that this was undervalued and would rise to mid-30's and then it sunk due to energy and raw materials costs. However, this will get sorted out at some point, demand for the products is fairly constant or growing. On this basis I'm expecting this to rise during 2023 so I hold until I reach my target. I'm excited to see what the trading update tomorrow does to the price. My opinion only. Good Luck. TT
Trading update on Thursday 5 Jan. 2023 could be the year for Greggs to shine. Happy New Year and Good Luck. TT
Thanks uncertain, very helpful. TT
I am a long term holder since 2019 currently sitting at a 65% loss. How high do we think this shareprice might go? TT
7247 sells versus 25000 buy and sp drops 4%. Work that out!
Sorry to point it out folks but its actually around 3000% down from 52 week high. Them aint good figures...TT
Some will have lost big on this. Feel for them and their kin. Take care of yourselves everyone. TT
Well remembered Flo! However, momentum is a difficult thing to ignore. I was planning to exit at 12.7p when it was creeping and seeming to never get anywhere (for years!). I anticpated a slow creep past 12.7p to say 13.0p. However it popped right past into the 16's so my assessment has changed. I might regret the decision to not exit as I am nicely in profit currently and it would be unfortunate if it went back to past form of creeping along. If momentum wanes and it sits at these levels for more than a month then I will. However, sometimes it pays to let your profits run so I've gone from a sell to a hold, currently. Good Luck to you. TT
Somebody's nephew no doubt! LOL
When MAFL decides to go it will pop!
Charge your gunpowder and be vigilant to avoid disappointment.
TT
When it comes, the uptick on MAFL will be quick and probably on news issued after close of play. That's how these things normally pan out IMHO. My advice, keep checking your news or get caught with pants down. TT
Whilst RR sit in meetings drinking coffee and eating warm tuna sandwiches begging HMGov for funding, China are already building a demonstrator at Changjiang nuclear power plant on China's island province of Hainan. RR will try to catch up except Chinese one will be cheaper and completed on time. TT
