I am 100% in GGP and have been for some time. I had some SNG (not many) and sold on the good news last month.

Goes a ling way to understanding the recent track of the SP. Gone now though, no point worrying about it and he was such a small part of the GGP story in it's entirety.

Are there any others that trigger a Numis update? Obviously the SP surpassing their last forecast/target is the main one and could well be the only one. But I wonder if there is a minimal time period between the SP going above their last target and issuing another? To a certain extent it must be a little embarrassing for them professionally to have a company sat above their target price for a lengthy period. Just musings from me, thought i would ask the knowledgeable ones on here.

I agree SW16, it's a little disappointing that the price has not moved more on such good news but we have seen this with GGP for years now, small incremental steps over periods rather than a single day jump. Not that it matters how it gets there of course, as long as it gets there.

Absolutely Schlemiel, I only have 400k shares here (and I'm all in that) so it won't pay off the mortgage, but it will mean a large chunk paid off if this comes as good as we think and that will mean a great deal of relief for me and the missus

Good morning all, i realise this is becoming a bit of a love-in but I am also grateful to a number of posters on here for assisting with 'keeping the faith'. I have topped up in the 8's, 9's and have now added another £7k this morning at 12.5. Even from that position I am pretty confident of a bag before this time next year.

I do find it odd that with so much information being issued in tweets and reports and links to this that and the other, that there has been nothing at all from GH.
I'm hoping that it is simply that he is too busy with everything he has going on rather than any behind the scenes gagging orders.
