Listen to our latest Investing Matters Podcast episode 'Uncovering opportunities with investment trusts' with The AIC's Richard Stone here.
"They would know a while back that this was good and because of what it is I 99% doubt they haven’t mentioned it to potential distributors"
Sorry but I cannot agree with this. You do not 'know' that a clinical trial will be successful until you have run the trial. That is the whole point of the trial. Although yes they might have looked at scale up or sale pending successful results in order to speed things up.
Whilst a successful clinical trial will undoubtably be good for the SP. I am not convinced we will see the 300p-500p rerate some are expecting. I personally feel that the higher numbers will only be seen on a commercial plan for upscaling and rolling out, or the sale of the concept to a bigger company.
"trust me guyz we will do very good from here"
I dont think anybody should trust somebody that intentionally uses a 'z' for guys.
"Is it possible to have atleast one day in here....without mention of RMS or seeing their holders cbashing this stock....."
I was wondering if its possible to have at least one day in here without the usual suspects ramping this thing every half hour. It is not necessary and it is NOT a good look.
Please give it a rest.
Penance if you think your inane nonsense will encourage anybody to sell then you are deluded. You need a bit more if an IQ to develop a coherent 'deramping' strategy. I think you are a bit lacking.
I dont mind these drops as long as they go back up again. Adding new buyers with a 88-100p purchase prices. Should encourage some stability and a new price floor in the long term.
"The AffiDX™ SARS-CoV-2 Lateral Flow Rapid Antigen Test detects the SARS-CoV-2 S1 spike protein and has an analytical limit of detection (LOD) in nasal swab samples of 50 pg/ml. This can be achieved with a visual read time of 10 minutes. The test line is clearer if a longer read time is used, therefore a read time of 20 minutes has been adopted as the standard for this test."
Avacta test sounds like it is 10-20 minutes.
Personally I dont think that will be ideal if rapid testing is needed for entry to events. It might be fine for airports but not imo not ideal for clubs or festivals and so forth.
Come on prof, get us a working test with a sub 5 minute read time.
"so everyone feels that the test is going to be good- why is the share price off 24%- surely people would be buying more on these great results that are due- or are they not that great - can anyine answer that please ???"
Its rather simple. Shares go up and down. Without buyers and sellers there would be no market. Not everybody wants to see this through to the end. We each have our own unique risk and reward threshold.
You go and find us me a successful share that went up in a straight line without any retraces along the way.
Hopefully all this tweeting is not delaying the sample testing. Markets do not like delays.
"We need ST onside to bring us good fortune"
Please no. If I never read another one of their dross posts it would be too soon.
"lot of money moving over from here to GGP"
Says the person with 73 posts on GGP in the last month, and 0 on here other than the above.
Whats that smell?
Dog? no
Cat? no
Oh I know. Its bull sheet.
" I wish our rampers would have a day or two off as they are doing more harm than good"
100% agreed. All in favour of the hyperrampers on here calming down a bit say 'I'.
So you go from saying "Then if Carl delivers £5+ Next week" yesterday to wanting to sell at £1.18 today?
I cannot even begin to comprehend your investment strategy. Admit it, you dont have a clue what you are doing do you?
shap from was supposed to be sharp fall
My fingers clearly need more coffee.
"Isn't anyone concerned the drop is due to someone knowing the results..."
Not in the slightest. If you look at the drop is was a gradual decline to begin with and then a shap from. My theory is that initially it was a gentle correction on the back of the sustained rise. A few investors got spooked and decided to bank profits or simply just exit at a small loss if they got in recently. AIM stocks are notorious for having rainbow chasers with more money invested than they can comfortable afford to lose. When a few get scared and sell this happens very quickly and you see a massive drop based on nothing.
All in my own amature opinion.
yesterday and it is very appropriate today.
AIM forums are so funny
Any drop is a treeshake for the impending good news
If the drop isnt a tree shake it's allowing iis to buy in before the good news
Any rise is obviously also good news
Isn't the AIM a wonderful place.
"If you seriously don't know the reason for the drop, I suggest you stop using the stock market - you can give away your money to much better causes."
None of us know the reason for the drop. It is very obtuse to affirm that you do.
"I’ve taken it as a sign to stay in!"
Love it
"Guys don’t bail. False drop "
Dont talk rubbish. It is NOT a "false drop" it is a very REAL drop. I can see it on my screen!
Nobody knows the reason why, but it is a REAL drop!
Topping up if this drops under 90p. Potentially the quickest covid test around if it passes the trials. Worth the risk assuming there is no bad news.
