BH are the premier company in terms of oil and schlumberger are the premier experts in dealing with gas.

Both of these on board, both progressing towards being producers as well as service providers.

The deeper you drop into the rabbit warren- the better it gets.....

most commercial contracts uve ever been party to have 30 day release terms- its the clauses and trust level between parties that make the difference

eg- i once had a contract termination notice given- the company were within their rights at the end of year 1 of a 3 year deal to terminate. But they had to pay us all monies spent on the team and purchase of machinery to fulfill our end of the contract. Its the finer detail you look for and not the headline

Madpunter- im sure i heard zaza questioned on this at the last investor meet. From memory he confirmed it was trained to market and joking said when asked 3 train loads or 4 by Pyro - that he hadnt stood counting carraiges but he thought it was 4 train loads going on the time frame - a train load every 4-6 weeks.

That would assume the old model of trained in and sold in open market - surely when the discussion had been brought up a coupe fo times he would have said that it was now going to auction rather than sold at an agreed discount on open market.
