I get that FYOZ but will that cover the money they will need for development. It will probably cover the running costs but not too much else in the early stages IMHO

It’s amazing that about 2 weeks after JM said they were getting down to the last few bits of the contract negotiations there is disquiet. I’ve been here 10 plus years and need it to succeed as much as anyone does here.

IMHO Utah will probably be the first contract to get the go ahead as it’s being pushed by SB. That will take the pressure off.
