With respect that does not answer the question as the spread at the time stamp was the same....150 155 sells at 143
So nothing to do with delayed posting of transaction. Any other ideas anyone?

I have noticed that the spread appears firm at 150.....155
Several sells over 500,000 have gone through at 143
So what would this indicate?

Nice post Toneman, yes I think that you are right there are possibly only two outcomes massive success or total failure as I cannot see there being - as I said a "modestly successful company" not in this in this "new" industry. Linde's " Due Diligence Team" must have investigated all the strengths and weakness....I share your optimism.

I think Seaangler has it about right " Prospects" . This is a share far more than just making a fast buck athough a few more shillings in the kiddies piggy bank would be helpful , to my very simple mind we - the world needs companies like ITM to succeed and for those LTH who where perhaps way to far ahead of there time ( or perhaps were just trying to make a few quid and got locked in) will be able give a sigh of relief . What's keeping the share price up ? A few more people seeing the light .....? who know's . But perhaps the question is if ITM only manage to become a modestly successful company what would be the market price then? (rhetorical question)

IMO this company seems to be doing everything right, it is very hard to gear up production to meet demand for any company moving from research to commercialisation the big danger could come from trying to hard to meet demand one false step on quality could spell disaster but they know that. So for my money this could be a real winner in all respects and I am happy to hold for the long term. One to put away I think. But hey Iv'e wrong plenty of times !
