I actually don't think it can ever be too late to make an offer for a company. I can't see pre pack for 200 million... why not just fold?

They are planning for the future.

Companies have a lot more debt that this and didnt make a 100 million profit last year like DEB.

I get that, you want the 5p or more. Short term though it shows the the company is still going to be here.

MA needs to act quickly and he has £££ to do so. Should be a good day ahead.

Now if the RNS said they havent been able to achieve their loans then I woul dhav expeccted a bit of a blood bath here.

Pretty positive if you ask me. There is no CVA, funding has been achieved so the comapny isnt going bust.

Plus MA has until 5pm today to make an offer.

There is no way an offer for 5p can be rejected. They can't put a comapany on a CVA, take loans with high interest or into adminstration if an offers on the table.

They have a duty to consider this offer.
