100 % Neil. I own property myself... although these new landlord rules... I've been stung for licences in Nottingham to rent out... going up to £700 on each property and then my tax retrun at the end of Jan... only being to claim 50 % of interest payments was painful, next year is 25 % and then nothing.

Only thing that will happen is rents are going up... which is not good for tenants.. In terms of property we have a nice portfolio of 13.. went to buy another yesterday... my offer was rejected

In terms of shares... mugs game, you are correct MMS do make.. althogh I actually feel I have an idea of whats going on here with the 6.5 difference of buys compared to sells yesterday... time will tell.
