Some very big sells & buys gone through today I am guessing there will be s TR1 heading our way

Not surprisingly more sells today dropping the price further .The CEO needs to issue a trading statement on 1st half sales/profit at least . Otherwise investors will continue to sell including myself

I have a decent shareholding in this company bought in the high 20s . This share is going to continue to drift downwards until the CEO gives us a trading update that includes pound note LFL figures by brand

He can do all the presentations he wants and put an RNS out about maybe buying another company that’s fine But all I want to know currently is how is the core company trading at the moment with figures included too for a change

My concern is the underlying business is not trading well otherwise a trading update would have landed by now

I agree with your comments and good to see some buys for a change .Hopefully the major shareholders are working on getting a decent management team in to sort the sales/costs out and to untap some value from the Ardgowen loan notes

A number of positives in the summary including the £1m + run rate and the restocking of the flagship retailer in the sector H&B

The point i 100% agree with is the share is being traded by someone and as he said needs some serious volume to get us out of this cycle

But the only one who can do this is the CEO by giving us an RNS that contains some actual £ sales/profit figures from the last trading year or a trading statement on the new financial year

Hi Lads this is my first post on this share my mate told me it may be a good share toget into buy ,After looking at the trades over the last few days on level 2 the same trader keeps popping up on buys and sell its NITE who are called Knight Capital They are a very big US electronic trading company and big into Naked shorting which i s where they do not borrow the shares this practice is illegal but still widely practiced Look like a great company but going to watch from the sidelines until these guys move on

Jason Drummond is a disgrace pulling 295k out of Teathers for software and office work .And then 63k plus a 22k bonus no wonder he resigned he would have been slaughtered at the EGM

WA Capital are owned by Will Adderley the Founder of Dunelm and its current deputy chairman .Dunelm have bought Dorma and Fogarty brands outright in the last few years and are sitting on a pile of cash they make 100m profit a year Dunelm have also recently been growing their Furniture and homewares business to the point they claim to be the No 1 retailer of home products in the UK i think they want the brand

We need to get Tom Winnfrith involved previously he had said in December he had spoken to Jason Drummond and was happy with the answers he was getting .But i am not so sure that will the case now ater several months of silence fom the BOD

Any thoughts on the current sharp price ? Still think there is value in FC at 15p-20p ?

My loss of 5k is not an issue have made it back elsewhere it's just you 2 major rampers that hack me off just beware of these 2 guys comments as the majority of what they have said has not materialised and they are trying to help prop up A declining share price trotter noticed you didn't deny being either a ramper or employed by APC that says it all You will be glad to know this is my last post good luck to the honest investors in this share and my observation are not born out of any anger about losing money just 2 mugs taking the Mick
