Crml is not going to $ 10 any movement above $ 7 can be sold into with the warrants .

Crml did the dirty on tm1 and there should have been a anti share dillution on the contract signed by the bod when selling the Irish assets.

My view is neutral on tm1 it would be more , if the management stopped screwing the shareholders.!

History shows that shares often drop to the placement price and why would Institutions buy now knowing, theres going to be a massive selling pressure in 3 weeks.

Plus extra dillution was added at 7 if they want!

Unfortunately tm1 was shafted today.

Buried treasure, alternatively this may have been the nail in the coffin ⚰️ delivered today. Tm1 needs to panic sale on Feb 28 and at what price now 5 or 4 bellow.

No panic, but how dirty to do this placement 3 weeks before we get to sell our lot. Unfortunately will we can see crml dropping to placement price of 5 eroding the amount cashing in. ?

The shares are sold at market value, it's a shame the a anti diluting package wasn't included. Lol
