Perhaps not negligence...but there has to be something that the BoD must do!?

If the BoD are aware of issues that has a detrimental impact on the business and don't notify the market (us Shareholders) then surely that is corporate negligence?

A flood of buys and down goes the SP. I give up.

Time to switch off to Dec-23 update then Q2 2024.

It's a great post and focuses on gearing up for new projects.

Personally I think the current SP is undermined by lack of information on closing down legacy projects hence why the market is nervous. I think shorts know this and are taking full advantage. It seems PIs that are losing faith and selling to recoup some funds which in turn hands their shares over easily to the shorts, or to those PIs that have more time to wait for a return.

We can only hope that the slide halts and we start to make a move north.

For a SETS traded share, I've never seen so many buys and the SP falls. Something not right but I suspect most of us have came to that same conclusion in recent months.

Looks like the usual Friday sell off to me. Back in the Red.

DC - give credit where it's due? Don't make me laugh. Shorting kills companies. Retail Investors lose money on a tactic designed to give the boys uptown a bucket of cash at their expense. They borrow shares that are not theirs and drag the price of them down.

They won't get any credit from me.

Selling depends on your current situation. Some might need the money and therefore have no other choice but to cash in, whereas others might have a bot more time. I personally think there is a long way back to the 87p in Aug-23...100% increase almost. I'm not overly optimistic of the BoD or IR reaching out either...total silence.
