Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Morning fellow investors, hope you are all good, just took the following off the net:
Some estimates put the value of the battery metal resources in the Nyud-Moroshkovoye region at $14.4 billion with up to 464,000 tonnes of copper, 163,400 tonnes of PGMs, 525,000 tonnes of nickel.
Interestingly the article goes on to say 'no buyer', I've seen this a couple of times which does not replicate the BOD's updates...
Hi Ian, hope all is well, my first entry if possible, I hit the big 50 tomorrow :) so can you put me down for the 15th July. Hoping for a price of £1.57 or above :).... Thanks to you, Tilly and the gang for the best run up to my Birthday, has kept me going through a tough couple of years (like most of us)... Come on EUA BOD, drop it like it's hot for the long term supporters :)
Huge Birthday wishes Tilly, it's been an incredible couple of years with your valuable input and lots of laughs along the way, could it be possible your big day falls in line with a super duper sale RNS? Let's hope so..... Have a good one...
Afternoon all, 994K shares sold, 2.3million shares bought and the price just continues to tumble, there really must be some dodgy stuff going on in the background... I'm holding all out until the end, but this is a little comical...
Aubrey, your not exactly correct there, mergers can take from 3 months to several years depending on their complexity, 12 months is the most normal timeframe. JFYI, I work on legal's for M&A's before you ask. This is a very complex deal as the money is in the ground, not on a table at a car boot sale! I continue to reiterate there have been no leaks from the BOD or supporting parties, I believe the BOD have done a fabulous job, the deal will either conclude or not, but it will not be long before we find out!
Montmuzard, well said! I was in at 2p and holding strong, but interestingly it was the people on this board and their initial research that got me interested to invest, I also did my own research and found there was plenty of opportunity here. I guess those who got in late are feeling the pinch (as I have done on other investments), which is a shame but that's investing. So, staying strong until the end, I feel the board have done a fabulous job to get us to this stage and interestingly no leaks. GO EUA.... NOT long now IMO....
Definition: The ability to wait for something without frustration is a useful skill and a good aspect of one's personality.
Covid has delayed the process, whatever will happen will happen, albeit it may have been resolved and tied up earlier without a global pandemic. People crying to the BOD about news and updates, give it a rest, let them do their job as they have done very successfully so far! IMHO......
Well said Tricky, considering the amount of people involved with the sale and the potential value of the business, absolutely nothing has been leaked! The BOD of EUA are exemplary, the NDA continues to keep any potential news (positive or negative) confidential, hoping Tilly will send them a barrel of his finest grog when this is concluded.
I got out of this with a £3K loss, thankfully made it back (not a day trader btw), has no one considered the fact the BOD had absolutely no other projects to disclose, nothing mentioned in any of the RNS's... Totally dysfunctional Board and main shareholder... News fast I read... Sorry, I truly believe you will have a very long wait!
