Only asked to see if you are sitting on a shi! pile; I�m slightly above you at 2.10 and read your thoughts carefully. I would only say that unlike GGP where I�m at 64.7% down, our holdings here are clearly underpinned by solid cash and assets at around 1.8p (bonky); the main asset v GGP asset has been clearly identified and my own position is like the housebuilder scenario; I have invested in some land, the footings are in and now the walls are going up; the project will finish, subject to some hold ups, but will then have an intrinsic value because we Own the land.

Obv you are a holder may I ask what�s your average price ?
