As pointless as this is now getting NO he would not have to declare if he was buyin on behalf of a trust or LTD company of which he was a director or substantial shareholder. So as I originally stated to dontpanick, if bigMJ is buying 000”s of shares, HOWEVER HE WANTS TO, then I would sit tight, be a long term positive holder and follow the money; I trust you m8 understand that this particular conversation/subject is closed.

I agree with Chesh here; odd that Sprott chucked in millions, have 5p + the rest of warrants to come, and then say 2.3p...as an investor note it would have been interesting to state their loss to date on their holding.

It might be that; I’m with Casey Jones, Pinman etc let’s look at the absolute reality and fact; Chairman and Terry Grammar have spent £000,000”s buying options/warrants and shares holding a huge % of this listed company; Sprott who have participated in TWO fund raisers have also bought a holding about 14% in this listed company; we have NO DEBT but hold assets; if the shares hit 1p we are valued as a whole at 13MIL approx; Where does it go from here ? I have no idea but I am sure that the three individuals/company I have listed DO KNOW WHERE ITS GOING and I’ll follow them.

So on the same lines Apple is getting to half way and you are saying “sell”; as written by an actual holder earlier, please just FO.
