If you owned your home and the BBC said house prices dropped 2.3% last month, would you start posting on websites and saying I can get this or that, but don’t actually sell ??? NO OF COURSE you wouldn’t but for some obscure reason, people POST THIS on message boards like these and then waves of people start wetting their knickers. You rarely buy and sell a house in 10 minutes, so don’t do it with your hard earned money in shares IF YOU HAVE done your own due diligence. OMI on what is available currently with RNS and relevant info, TO ME, looks a fair investment. BUT DYOR. Todays RNS reinforces, TO ME, a huge area of potential with a $2M “right to buy” over the next 2 years HAVING SECURED the first 51%. That should tell you something….
