Can you not stop criticising GGP? I hold shares in both companies, and at this point in time, I have far more faith in GGPs corporate strategy. If NCM ultimately wanted to shaft the company, why make the loan at all, and then enter into another JV? Think NCM are going to block the use of Telfer after significantly fast tracking drills to provide a new ore source ASAP?
Sometimes it might be a better approach to work with, rather than against, the big hitters.
