I have emailed the company, but no reply to date.

I also asked the company whether Cargill and/or MSC could confirm their commitment to the sea trail in writing and RNS. Not much to ask, even if they are rather busy, and at least we don’t just have to take QEDs word for it remaining active.

Would also help to support the collapsing share price.

I would suggest it might be an idea for all shareholders to request the same.

It’s the arrogance of this company which ticks me off.

We hear hardly nothing from the BOD until the begging bowl comes out again.

Had really hoped that this would change with the new CEO, but just seems to be another snout in the trough.

Appreciate that there might not be any real progress to report, but why not at least give shareholders a quarterly update on project status. At least we would know that there was someone alive at QED HQ!

If, hopefully, this company survives to the next AGM, I hope I get the chance to vote the useless chairman out.

Why not ‘mothball’ all product development to preserve funds?

If, as is beginning to become very clear, no-one is really interested in the product, what is the point of product improvements at this point in time?

Really thought all would change with the new CEO, but seems like that event is just a further drain on funds.

No more funding from me, unless there is concrete news on contracts.

Means he exercised his option to buy a heap of cheap shares at about a third of the current share price.

Am I right in assuming that there is no possibility of a higher offer from elsewhere, because MTL have binding undertakings from Mellon and Co of 28% irrespective of a higher offer?

No other offer could gain the necessary 75% acceptance vote with the 28% block.

QED have to release a RNS regarding the ruling and impact on the company. Imagine a number of investors participated in the open offer as it was inferred during the recent company presentation that Valkor was a cert to win the permits.

Beginning to believe that this company is cursed!

Will be interesting to see how much of the placing is taken up, and how quickly.

If they struggle with the placing, then have to be really cautious about taking up the open offer.

Beginning to think that MSAR is more akin to the laser disc format!

As an aside, it is thought that VHS triumphed as there was more porn available on that format - human nature, eh.

Think you are spot on with that assessment.

I have lost all confidence in the company, in its current guise, being able to monetise the products.

Rather than passing around the begging bowl yet again, the company should commence a strategic review, and one option should be selling up.

Have been a shareholder in this company for many, many years, and really beginning to despair at the lack of progress made in that time.

To date, not one trail of a product has been completed - astounding! Always seems to one excuse after another.

In light of yet more delays in commercialising a product, why is the company not looking to reduce the salaries of the board members until such time as the company finally starts to generate revenue - should that ever happen.

Seems to me that, currently, the BoD are getting paid handsomely for failure.

Also, shows great faith in the company from the BoD that that has been no share purchase from a director for an eternity.

Sorry for the email, but beginning to feel like an idiot for supporting this company for so long.

Agree that it is a rubbish exercise price for the options, but assume he will still have to pay over £5 million to gain the option shares i.e does not get them for free.
