Interesting contrast with Morrisons' +2.2% LFL print this week — granted different reporting windows so not a clean comp, but worth watching whether Tesco's share gains (28.3%, decade high) are starting to plateau or whether this is just tough comps biting.

Can this business grow meaningfully from here, or is it mainly about income now? Should we as private investors, choose NewRiver over other UK REITs with similar yields but less retail exposure?
