Kr1 SP not great I agree - But when bull market comes and halving happens , KR1`s rewards are not halved. Still not overjoyed with lots of aspects of the company, but as long as BTC and Crypto its self are here to stay, I still think KR1 ould be a better play than the miners -

Good timing on the Wulf dag - Fair play ! I was gonna sell 50% of my Mara when BTC hit 32k, which it didn’t quite make ffs ! Sold about a 1/3rd at 16.5 dollars, not bought them back yet tho, have no doubt BTC will be double where it is this time next year, just these bloody crashes can do damage if panic buy or sell

Ha ha. Pablo I expected and deserved that comment - It’s different this time … lol. As many who here before me have been through the same - But I genuinely believe it this time ( me and many others prob said that before)

No doubt about it PEN has massively Dissapointed, but may be we expected too much too quick ! I believe a lot of issues have been with Polkadot and not PEN itself so hopefully, once sorted and listed on more exchanges we will see massive improvement !

With Nabla I believe they have learnt from PEN and will have a use that many many people like us will want to be part of straight away, with institutions to follow ! I honestly don’t know if Meinhard Is involved in Nabla at all it was just a comment, although surprised if he isn’t .

When share price in doldrums message boards always turn a bit sour - As none like seeing their investment down - But if no material movement in next few weeks I be joining you in the sourness 😂😂.

Agreed fella, things with CLNs with the likes of Riverfort etc, they never play by the rules and will decimate the price to get more shares, so definitely a good thing to get rid of them. Honestly tho from your last post you should and would think RRR have plenty of cash left, unfortunately Bell has proven he can burn through money quicker than you could ever imagine, plus until the Annual results come out you don’t know what other debt has been taken on - For example the 50 million warrants are two an unsecured lender ?? Surely we should have but more detail around that ! But as I have said before if DRC money hits RRR bank account, or lithium sales/production starts this will sky rocket ! Ignore second point of last message, I assumed the 50m warrants were issued to the CLN converter but it does not state that, so moot point be me and shows helpful is correct I need to learn to read 🙈

I agree - Converting CLN’s at 30% higher price shows to things

(1) They are super confident the SP is going higher

(2) If they were an unsecured lender they could be getting out what they could as quick as they could

I never argued the point of shares in issue …lol, that only becomes an issue if comes close to nominal value - But I think you are right about altering the nominal value - In sure I was involved in a company that sone it before 😉

Meinhard is obviously a clever guy, very clever ! A lot of the blame why Satoshipay has never reached its potential has to lay with him, but without him Satoshipay wouldnt even exist. Meinhard is still very much needed and will know doubt play an integral part in PEN/Nabla and what ever else Satoshipay develops - I know he designed penguin,pe for staking PEN which I use and is very rewarding. Lets hope that big brain of it has developed the right products and that we know have the business team in place to ensure we get the maximum from them.

It does seem like ive said this about other Satoshipay products - But I am more excited about Nabla than any other.

Anyways as said next 4 weeks are going to be busy with lots happening with PEN,AMPE and Nabla, all of which if successful will put extra value on Satoshipay which I am also hoping we here about in the next few weeks.
