News - This is why I put “in my opinion” at the start of the message ! Yes a lot of conjecture in my post but it makes logic sense in my opinion. I would say this is the most precarious position RRR has ever been in, but again just my opinion.

Just to stick my two penneth in ! In my opinion RRR have no choice to sell RRAL at what ever price they can ! Let’s face it - It seem the company is absolutely stone broke and can’t even afford £20k bills and are borrowing money to keep the lights on and just pay bills ! Good knows what RRR’s current debt situation is and how much interest they are paying a month ! DRC doesn’t look like it’s coming any time soon, seems people who said they would fund the POW deal for the £250k seem to be having second thoughts ! No DRC money how can RRR fund anything at all for RRAL ? RRR seem to be in a very distressed state and people will know this and put in a low ball offer knowing RRR don’t have much choice ! Another odd thing, helpful receiving shares for the interest owed to him from CLN’s - Will there be a TR1 ???? 3% of this company is not a lot of money, so you’d think Me big shot would exceed this easily - Can’t be anywhere as confident in his words as he trys to make others believe ! RRR seem to be running out of options and fast ! What we know - Still no DRC money, delays in BF, RRR out of cash (using accounts expenditure), 250k due to POW soon as already delayed.

What we don’t know - How much debt RRR has racked up this year on top of what we did know.

The payments on these loans ???

At least we know Helpful not trading this at the moment ! He obviously knows what the score is with the CLN’s which I would class as inside information, so until it is announced helpful can’t do sh-it - Which may be why he’s stopped Uber ramping ! Interested to see the conversion price - as said previously if the conversion price and warrants kept at the same price it would give massive boost to market confidence and no doubt bolster the share price. The lower the conversion and warrant price the bigger drag it will have on the share price and reduce the risk reward some are favourable on ! Interesting to see what has been done - Still awaiting RNS to let share holders know - Not just the privy few ! All in my opinion of course

Coming days to me would normally mean 2-3 days - Or at very best less than a week ! It will be a week tomorrow - But what Andrew Bell does is put words lie “intend” in - So when it doesn’t get released he can say, he did intend to do it, but he didn’t because of …….. dog ate homework, someone got ill, a Cypriot bank issue, electricity costs got to high, someone pinched it(like El Limon gold), he had to go to a wedding, people were shorting so he with held it …….. Again I’m being facitious - DYOR of course

Wow / Just looked through some annual reports, they are unbelievable ! I will try look later for the one when Andrew Bell gave himself a massive pay rise. - just in Zumores (Mr Magic’s post) you can see that AB spent over £13 million in Admin costs in 9 years - And what did share holders get in that time ? Helpful should hang his head in shame, but instead he will keep pumping and probably just gutted he weren’t involved when RRR used to waste more money then they do now - He could have benefitted more then as more naive people around then and more people he could suck the hard earned out of to feather his own nest - Parasite !

If things don’t change they stay the same ! It’s not just the admin fee it’s things like the 1.1 million loan just prior to going bust etc that makes people question things. Nike, MCAP at the time is irrelevant, in the annual report you will see A Bell and counter parts remuneration for the year - Have a look see what you find, if you can get out of helpful ass that is - Surely financial update today - That then is days rather than weeks !
