6 majors competing for the project equals increased price for HARL. Multiples of its current market cap.

In summary. Not much to worry about and a hell of a lot to get excited over.

Possible,but i dont see the judge taking too kindly to that. I remember one of the rulings going against them because of a delay in the application. I know its not the same thing, but it doesnt pay to antagonise the judge ( unless you are Cynthia Payne (: )
