You are right Tyre. Slovenia, is a very beautiful but small country. I would imagine that 650 odd million euros is a lot of money to them. Thinking rom there end, i would imagine that paying out just 10% of the possible pay out would seem as a win to them.

I agree. Im doing more research on the lightly percentage pay-out on a win. I do own shares IN LIT though, they have seen judgements averaging around 30% of the claim.
